Ok, I'm a mainlander (most recently from the T.dot) that moved out to the bay, b'y. The owners/proprietors of this place are a couple of lovely people, one of them a mainlander like myself (from the T.dot himself). These two are awesome. The B&B (which I stayed in once for a romantic getaway with my wife) was beautiful, and has a stellar view of Fortune Bay.
The restaurant on the other hand is simply amazing, whether takeout or eat in. It's amazing what one chef and a sous-chef can do. I've managed to get my fix on Jerk Chicken or Butter Chicken from time to time. You name it, they make it at some point. They have a pretty diverse fixed menu, and take out menu, but they add specials all the time. Due to the small staff they're only open Wed-Sun, and only (at the time of me writing this) do lunch and dinner. But compared to the other restaurant options in the area, this place can't be beat.
If you ever have reason to be on the Burin Peninsula, this place is a MUST STOP. If you're on your way (like many who come down here) to St. Pierre-Miquelon, and need a place to hang your hat, again, this place is a must.
