Ticket clinic need to improve dramatically in sending notices in a timely manner, my licences got suspended cause ticket clinic failed to inform that I had to pay the court fees. What's the definition of a bad driver? It depends on who you ask. I say those who drive like they are part of a funeral procession. They drive with fear, no confidence and cause unnecessary congestion, confusion and road rage (worst part is they think they are safe drivers.) Anyway, I got a ticket from a self righteous cop for rolling a right turn doing 1 m.p.h. where there's no need for a stop sign in the first place. To make matters worse, a neighbor drove by and thanked the cop for giving me a ticket while going faster than I was and not looking at the road while thanking the cop. I got my very first ticket (after almost 40 years of driving) for speeding in traffic that was crawling in Miami. The cop was a bully and supposedly used his laser gun on me prior to me stopping at a yellow light. I do not speak Spanish and couldn't understand the cop when he told me I was driving 16 miles over the speed limit (IMPOSSIBLE!!!). There was no "reasoning" with this cop. After the incident, I saw the ticket was over $300 and 3 plus points and I drive a company vehicle so I started interviewing pricey law firms. Very Disappointed from the start. I contracted them on line. I never received a call or letter from anyone at anytime. I had to call them to make sure everything was in order and that they had my court date and they would be there. After the case again no call or letter telling me the outcome. I had almost forgotten about the case. I decided to search the clerk of courts to see my disposition. I owed the amount of the ticket and it is due in 3 days. Im so glad I looked. I will recommend anyone if you have the time to attend court anyone can do what they did. Here you are pretty much paying 80 bucks for them to go to court for you and thats it. read more

I have used them twice, once for a speeding ticket and then another time for a red light camera ticket. Both of my tickets were dismissed with no points added to my license. I cannot comment about their criminal case services, but if you have tickets I would tell you to call. When it came to my speeding ticket I ended up paying about the same price as it would be if I just paid the ticket.
