Cozy and quaint little cocktail bar located in the heart of Austin's North Loop. Some of the best drinks I've ever had. Sweet crowd of patrons.

Yesterday was the 14th anniversary of one of our favorite places and one of the best bars in town. The owner Pam and Manager Holly, (along with the rest of the team of course) have cultivated a truly dedicated team reminiscent of an old fashioned neighborhood English pub where you can get some great cocktails, enjoy the occasional potluck celebration or just enjoy the company of others who appreciate a welcoming place. The music from the band added to the festivities, the drinks were delicious, everyone was clearly enjoying themselves and celebrating one of our favorite places in town. Congratulations, Ladies, for your amazing talent, skill and dedication to the community. It's truly an honor to be part of this amazing family, and we're looking forward to celebrating more of your accomplishments in the future.

Came by with my wife to kill an hour before eating at Foreign & Domestic. It's a cute place with a nice sitting area out back to go with the inside atea. We ordered some pimento cheese w French crostinis and pickled vegetables to eat with our drinks. My wife enjoyed an N/A equivalent of an aperol spritz ehile I had a bourbon sour w bitters that was pretty tasty. The salt on the crostinis and strongly pickled veggies paired perfectly. Nice music--mellow--played in the background and our bartender was friendly and very helpful identifying my drink choice. Happy Hour had some great deals, too. We'll be back.

So I know I've reviewed this place before but I've had the pleasure of being in NYC and Chicago in the last month or so and, I'm just saying, those folks could use a lesson or two from the professional bartenders at the Tigress. For you martini people, a good martini leaves you satisfied and not really needing another. I get that here. And, they are great humans. Ok, I'll stop.

A bar that makes you wait in line instead of getting a drink at the bar like a regular bar. Weird.

Nice place with great drinks on the North Loop. Staff was really nice and the clientele (regulars) were fun to talk to as well.

At one point, I was coming here several days a week to watch games because I loved the vibes so much! I'm a big fan of their outdoor patio area, both in the shared Howdy's space and closer to The Long Goodbye side. The indoor bar is very intimate and would make for a lovely date night spot. They also have food options (there is a super popular taco truck in the outdoor area and they serve snacks at their indoor bar). I believe they do focaccia pizza slices on certain nights ans they are sooooo good! They also have a coffee truck for those who looking for cafinated options. The drinks here are fab! Ive tried all their spritzes, a few rotating frozens (if anyone who works here is reading this, please bring the banana colada), and couple of their world cup specific drinks. They have a decent happy hour. The funny thing is, I was initially going to watch that original soccer game somewhere else and it was so packed that we came here and I am so glad we did bc I discovered one of my favorite bars in Austin! I even follow them on Instagram so I can keep tabs on their fun happenings & specials

Some friends took us here for a birthday celebration, taking a chance because they'd never been…read morethere either. What a find! Rosé Gosé (note accents) is in an unassuming Airport Blvd location (right next to Jewboy Burgers, an Austin favorite). It is run by a couple from Belarus that came here right after Covid to open up a restaurant, with a sister in Minsk. Defying expectations, the menu is not Balkan at all. If anything, there is a strong Asian influence with poke bowls and a lot of seafood. But the menu also offers beef tartare on their raw bar menu, as well as a steak offering and grilled chicken. It's a diverse and adventurous menu, all the way from small plates to hefty mains and vegetable sides. For the dessert, try the pavlova, a meringue confection stuffed with coconut mousse and topped with lime sorbet and a grapefruit slice sidecar. Everything is superbly presented, and unquestionably fresh and healthy without veering into twigs and berries territory. The cocktail menu is also playful, with a lot of nontraditional glassware and slight spins on popular drinks; their version of a Paloma uses prosecco instead of a splash of soda. The servers are all dressed in rosé jumpsuits and very attentive. The space is amiable and elegant without being pretentious. The table spacing is a little close, so that conversations carry between guests. The table setting has some nice touches, like the little wooden bench that holds your fork and knife off the table. In European fashion, water can be asked for but it won't be served with ice. Plan on taking your time and enjoying course after course.

My hubs chose Rosé Gosé for my Mother's Day brunch location. In full transparency, choosing a…read morerestaurant is not his jam. However, today major shout out to the hubs. Rosé Gosé was a delightful Mother's Day lunch spot. It is a whole vibe, and it is uniquely French! When we walked in an artist was playing romantic music on his keyboard, which set the tone for the brunch. It is a small restaurant inside with a larger area of seating on the patio. Of course, our reservations were inside in the comforts of air conditioning. You immediately notice a wine wall hence the name Rosé Gosé. The restaurant has many windows which provide lots of natural light. The tables house miniature yellow roses and utensils sat in a small wooden block...very French. All the servers were dressed in mauve clothing that resemble scrubs from a hospital. If someone stepped out in a French beret, I would have fallen over. Our server, Sergey, immediately served us water and took our order. The restaurant was highlighted as a modern European bistro. The atmosphere was charming, elegant, and stylish making it ideal for a Mother's Day brunch. My hubby ordered a ribeye, eggs and French Fries. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and egg whites. While I'm not a huge red meat eater, I tasted a piece of the hubs ribeye and it was nicely prepared. My avocado toast was yummy to the nth degree! Everything was perfect. The avocado was precisely cut and at the right level of softness. The salmon was chopped into tiny little squares and so enjoyable to eat. We could not be more pleased. With a name like Rosé Gosé you would expect their drinks to be superb. My hubby ordered a hibiscus tea, which was delightful. I ordered a mimosa that had high quality ingredients and was perfectly balanced...so smooth. We were also pleased with the drinks. This was the first time at Rosé Gosé, however, it definitely will not be the last.
