Eitherwise, appointments takes precedency. -Free WiFi (and its fast speed). -They accept all sorts of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. **LIFE-TIME WARRANTY on their work, the driver needs to be present with the matching car that was worked on! Also, does not apply if your car was vandalized, broken into, car accident and need to reapply tint** Cons: -None. Because the quality service applied to my vehicle, the friendly customer service, and knowledgeable about their products and also to your windows especially if they found a crack on your window, it is highly discouraged to get a tint over it. Only reason why its highly discouraged to get a tint over a cracked window, it can lead to a bigger crack and you'll spend twice as much money to get re-tinted and is not covered under warranty if you don't have the original glass on. I have been shopping around since I purchased my new 2024 Honda CRV for Tint and PPF and these were the guys I ultimately landed on after another shop didn't input my appointment correctly. These guys are professional, quick responders, SUPER flexible, great hours anytime of the week, and are extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time and actually explain in detail what they are doing and how it works. It is hard to find people that are this passionate about what they do. While I ultimately got my tint elsewhere (a friend that does tint gave me a quote that I couldn't turn down), I did get "Full Front PPF" and "Wear & Tear PPF" from them and they did an amazing job! This place is too notch! I called the day before Christmas Eve and spoke to one of the brothers that work there and asked for a price for a Acura ilx 2016. The quote was really fair and so I asked him if I could get in on Christmas Eve and he said no problem. I said I was in a hurry that morning and how long would it take. He told me if I show up at 9:30am they would have me out of there by 11:00. I showed up at 9:20, and by 10:45 I was leaving. The job was amazing and professional and the work was phenomenal. This is a family owned business and they treat you like family.
