They had so many classic toys we remember from our own childhoods, plus an incredible selection of stuffed animals, games, and books for all ages. The staff was genuinely the kindest--so friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. And the real star of the show? Luna, the shop dog. She's the sweetest, fuzziest little mascot, and we could've sat on the floor petting her all day (honestly, we almost did). If you're in town, don't skip this spot. After some time I decided to reach out to the manager Marie Kelly who was unwilling to even offer me a partial refund or reshipment. I've been in sales for over 30 years, and I would never treat a customer this way, for any reason ever. I follow a strict policy of treat you customers the same way you'd want to be treated; especially if it means only losing the retail mark-up cost of an item. But, I guess they don't hold ethics in very high esteem. Apparently, the customer isn't always right with yellow-turtle. Order online with this merchant at your own risk.

While doing so I could hear the owner screaming overtop of her about color is perception. I said ok, let me send you some photos next to Mary. We have the ENTIRE collection, purchased directly from them. This was my response via email. "I showed these pictures to the owner of the company. She is aware that there are customers who think the eyes look purple. The company did a lot of research regarding color perception and found that some people are seeing blue, and some see purple. It's all a matter of personal perception." So I called back and stated that this was unacceptable. And the owner again was screaming over poor Jessica.
