Within my first visit to Jacki she was able to create immediate relief in my neck, shoulders, and back/spine to a degree I had never felt from those other interventions. There is a steam room in the bathroom and that is where it ends. It is a lovely steam room and but I wish they would invest in updating the facility with a sauna and hot tub to add value. She then gets aggressive with tweezing BUNCHES of hairs all at the same time which HURT!! Why was so much still there?? Never applied any soothing lotion!!
