There is a steam room in the bathroom and that is where it ends. It is a lovely steam room and but I wish they would invest in updating the facility with a sauna and hot tub to add value. There is a relaxation room which has a nice view of ocean (with some parking lot) but it would be nice to have more wellness options when you're having a $200-$600 spa afternoon. Thus owner did not use a loop, rushed through the process, I told her I could still feel a ton of prickly hairs so she proceeds to rant about hiw she's a legend in the industry. She then gets aggressive with tweezing BUNCHES of hairs all at the same time which HURT!! Why was so much still there?? Never applied any soothing lotion!! She is absolutely a train wreck and unprofessional!! I have never experienced this at other spas over 4 decades of having this performed, EVER!!
