We saw a prototype of a pillow with a fabric that we absolutely loved, so we placed an order that same day. The turnaround time for receipt of product was very quick, and when our pillows arrived, we were completely impressed with the quality of the work - from the layout and centering of the main graphic image, to the very nice piping/edging around the border which really elevates the pillows from those most commonly available on various internet websites. While we were in the showroom we saw some examples of the quality of workmanship in some of the finished upholstered items and felt assured we would be receiving a high-end, quality product, and we were not disappointed. We heartily recommend Sullivan Mercantile for any of your future fabric and/or upholstery needs, and we're looking forward to working with them again in the very near future.

The wait person did not come by once to give an update or to apologize for how long 4 dishes are taking to create. Nor did she say anything when the food was brought out. At the end, a walnut aperitif was brought out with mini pony glasses which was a nice gesture and it was good to digest with. If you order water be wary the "still water" is actually a bottled water for $9.00 a bottle, I would guess quart size. The place had a nice ambience and very clean. Of course they have the usual items, but you can even haggle a little sometimes and get a REAL bargain. Last year I got a beautiful bush for 1/3 off, just by asking if they had ANY specials at the end of the year. The woman in the gardening department actually said, I could let this one go a little cheaper as long as I know it is going to a good home. She feels about her plants the way I do! And lastly, in the country, you have to deal with mice. It is a necessary evil of the joy of the mountains. I was directed to a device that kills the mice by one of the ladies inside. They're mice, so killing them is fine with me as long as I don't see their feces on my counter top and in my food anymore. She even knew what she was talking about with that. In one week, my mouse problem has been solved. I was able to catch one mouse a day, and now I live rodent free. Thanks AGWAY for knowing your stuff!!!!
