Totally thrilled! Came to ProfessioNail with my mother-in-law to get manicures and pedicures (plus…read moreshellac colour for her), and found it to be a very satisfying experience. Never had a pedicure before but now I'm wondering why I left it so long! The massage chairs were blissfully relaxing, and the staff were very attentive, quick and friendly. The store was quite busy and had a cheerful, relaxed vibe. We didn't have appointments but only had to wait 10-15 minutes before getting seated and started. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

BASIC MANI PEDI:- I…read morehad been to HK nail salons before and they were very good so I was very disappointed when I went here. I've added photos to show the poor quality of the finished product. PROS: Staff were friendly on the phone when I made the appointment. Was reasonably priced. $55 (apparently it was normally $60). It was nice the staff didn't try to make small talk. Mani pedi completed in 45 mins. CONS: It was painful to get the exfoliation done - she had no idea what she was doing. Buffing the sensitive part of the foot instead of on the callus. The filing of my nails was rough and unfinished. My nails keep catching on fabric. (See photo of unfinished cuticle and filing). I still have cuticle chunks and areas where it's been snipped but not removed. The polish on my toes is really messy (see photo). Cockroaches kept me company the entire visit (it was on the spa seat next to me). They had a credit card machine but it was broken. The nail polishes are no-name brands and all mixed. Not an OPI in sight. VERDICT: Avoid at all costs. I could have done a better job myself.
