They listened to what we wanted and clearly reflected our priorities and constraints in their proposal, detailed design and estimate. They exemplified professionalism, attention to detail, quality of work, clear communication and delivered on schedule and on budget. The few changes were mostly due to our requests. Any variations from the original plan/estimate were transparently discussed, approved by us, and tracked, so there were no surprises in the final invoice. We did our homework. We got 2 other proposals from well-established companies and 2 independent general contractors, in addition to H2H, before selecting H2H as the best value for the money. After two no shows without a call or text to explain or apologize, despite requesting I send my address and the date and time we agreed on via a text to them, I can't possibly recommend. I tried the first time in June 2023. Tried again a little over a year later due to all of the on recommendations and good reviews and wanted to hire a local company, and figured I'd give the first time as a fluke or mistake. Both tries, I spoke with them on the phone the week of the agreed time and date for estimates for fairly large residential work, but being stood up twice is inexcusable.
