A few days later, Vince came and checked out the carpets....gave me a great quote and made the next appointment to actually get the work done. The next day Vince came and deep cleaned our carpets. He used a big rotary brush machine that also had a water sprayer and big suction hose attached to it. It took about an hour to clean all our carpets. Everything looked great. Smelled great too. K & C came over to fix my furnace- told me he charges by the visit. Stayed down in basement for…read morehours taking the furnace apart. Said he needed to get a part from his truck and left. Came back the next day (to charge another day) and said he needed to order a new part as our furnace wasn't made anymore. I asked how much the part is and he said "here I will call quick" Puts in headphones on his phone so I can't here the other person on the line and claimed the person said it was a $100 part. He brought the part and the furnace worked for 6 days then broke again. I concluded they were a scam and decided to never do business with them again. 2 months later they contacted me asking for their payment- and sent me a bill link on phone text. I told him that I paid him with cash in the parking lot of the Casey's gas station and he gave me a receipt. (That was they way he wanted to be paid). He said "oh I'm sorry that's right I will update my files. 3 days later out of curiosity I clicked on the link he sent me and it went to a private farm owners bill that had all of the farmers personal info on it. Absolutely unorganized, unprofessional and shady business.
