I seem to always have a hard time finding my son sneakers. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed and for good reason. There was a big sale going on. I usually hit the back wall first to see what sneakers are on clearance. I always seem to find a great deal. The sneakers are high quality and very comfortable so I can buy without trying them on my feet. They also have a nice selection of sports clothes. The retail price is high in my opinion so I hit the clearance racks to see what's available. I usually walk out with a bunch of good deals at the Outlet store. Staff was helpful and nice. I'm very sad and disappointed, I don't live close to the outlets so when I drive that long (and they knew I was coming) I expected just to not be rushed out of the door. However, once I left the store and tried them on, I realized they were too slippery to walk in and as hard as I tried to justify keeping them, I finally returned today to send them back. The guy handling my return was super nice as well as apologetic that it didn't work out. The girls who were there (who had helped me purchase them) were shocked to find out that the flip flops were hard to walk in and admitted they too usually wear $2 Old Navy ones just because they stay on your feet better. It really is like shopping with friends; good prices and good opinions to guide your purchase!

They've always acknowledged us every time we walk in, but if you want help, we've had to go up and ask. But they are always more than willing to help out once you've asked. Prices are fair and there always seems to be some sort of deal going on. My only complaint is that our purchases here never seem to wind up on our Skechers Elite card. Not sure if it's an issue with our card or what, but I always have to contact customer support and email in a copy of the receipt to get credit for our purchase.
