They put more back filling into the back cushions and sewed it up nicely. I couldn't even tell where the opened the seam. I'm so glad they were able to do this for a couple of hundred bucks vs a new sofa bed for a few thousand. They said I should be good for around 5 years which is great. I'm happy with the customer service, price and result. I would definitely use them again.
