First delivery they tell me package on hold because of no such address. Then I am told to pick alternate address so I tell them to hold at hub. Then day later I get response package was delivered on porch at 10pm. There is no package there. So I call them n am told they will have driver pick up in receiver to correct address. And someone would contact me in 24 hours. 24 hours later still no package so call them again and told oh so sorry you must file a claim. The 2nd delivery I get notification stating issue with delivery. I contact UPS and am told there is no such address. I tell them to hold ot at hub and I will pick it up there. They tell me I will be notified of the package arrival at hub. 24 hours later 1048pm I get notification that package was delivered to home address n os on porch. There is no package on the porch. So I m on hold waiting to see what the resp9nse is .. twice with orders over 200.00 each I have had issues with theses folks. Still no resolution on First issue and I am fed up. The incompetence and thievery from this unit is horrible. I am fed up. If I had my way nothing would be delivered to me from UPS ever. I am going to corporate and I will get answers

Our recent batch of Amzn return 12/25 & 1/26 receipts show OFF LINE LABEL with NO TRACKING REFERENCE # ??? Amzn shows we have yet to drop off returns?! We spent months last yr trying to sort out numerous missing returns from this facility? THIS Needs to be reported to state authorities?!!! It is beyond fishy? And costing us money and months of stress trying to get Amzn credits for returns (we keep all receipts). ENOUGH IS ENOUGH management! This isn't a one off mistake, at this point we believe it's fraudulent behavior at your establishment!!!

The younger female employee chased a customer out the door like she wanted to fight. Watching her abrupt behavior was sickening. The owners need to be more careful with who they hire, or they may find lawsuit on their hands. In looking at all the one star reviews for this store, it would be in their best interest to either shut their doors, or learn to become a more professional establishment. It's apparent that none of them like their job. So sad.

Was here to drop off a letter after hours and parked and went right in. Used the inside self service drop instead off the box and off I went. Looks like the offer all the standard USPS options including passport services.

Ok,…read moredeath in my family and 6 of us enter the store with lots of family art, books, glassware, valuable chairs, antiques. We live thousands of miles away and could think of no other way to send our remembrances home. The packing jobs were horrible. Little bubble wrap. No peanuts. No chance of surviving. Why do I say this? My UPS driver asked me to photograph the damaged box and the damaged contents. He had worked in a Brown Store prior and understood packing. He told me the package was oversized to create increased fee. Little to no wrapping. He helped me file a claim with UPS and within a day I was refunded 100% packing and shipping fees. The young staff at the Huntington Store were overwhelmed at the size of our shipments. They were clueless in service. My brothers had smashed chairs, vases, and frames. They will file with UPS as well for all costs back.

I do understand belts will eat packages but in this case since it never left the store I'm 99% sure the person just stole it and threw away the box. I recommend shipping from a different store. I do believe this experience took 10 years off my life due to stress.
