    I have nothing but good words for this UPS store. Been here multiple times. To send packages, to get the notary, pick up some shipping materials - they've always been great! Most of the time, I dropped packages here. I used to visit the Mill Creek location, but ever since they started the renovations, I started coming here. Staffs are always nice to me. Very friendly and quick service. Availed the notary service once from here as well. Real shame that I forgot his name. But he was very friendly, super helpful and patient when I notarized N number documents. lol Great value for money!

    Always fast and efficient. Even when there is a line, they move through each request quickly. Love using this store for shipping.

    Definitely excellent store even when they have multiple customers. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served.

    Great place to do business with. Sam is always congenial and helpful. Handy for me to get my mail and drop of packages. Five stars for sure.

    I went to the Mill Creek post office, after hours, to use the kiosk machine but their label maker…read morewas broken so I decided to stop by Pony Mailbox & Business Center. When I walked in, the person at the counter measured/weighted my package but quoted me over $10 more than USPS for the same ground shipping. When I said "wow, why so much?", he replied back with "It would be the same at the post office" which is not the case because I just returned from the post office. And they also won't tell you that USPS' flat rate shipping boxes are cheaper than what they quoted me. I told him, I'll just take it back to the post office during normal business hours. When I returned home and I told my wife about this experience, she said warned me about this place as they tried charge her $1 to print a label for prepaid postage. I understand small businesses need to make some profit in order to stay in business but marking up 30% to 40% more than post office is probably not a good business strategy knowing USPS is one block away and UPS is just across the lot inside Staples. As much as I would like to support small businesses, I won't be coming back here again. Lesson learned.

Ok, so they put the label on the wrong box -- no biggie. After their ho-hum approach of "looking into it", it was pretty clear they didn't have a clue as to what happened to my books. No biggie: I requested that the owner, Anwer Mangrio, give me a call (I left multiple messages on his machine), but received no return call; he elected to put it all on the shoulders of the clerk rather than take responsibility. This struck me as irresponsible, and, quite frankly, cowardly. As someone who has owned businesses in the past, I always would work with customers on issues and never hid behind my employees. To be honest, I would have settled for a a small amount of store credit -- a simple gesture and admission that they had made a mistake. However, it was relayed to me by the clerk, that since I didn't purchase insurance, they could not file a claim. In other words, they were willing to file a claim with the carrier to pay for their mistake -- again offloading responsibility onto someone else. In summary: you'll likely be able to conduct simple transactions with everything going well; if it doesn't, don't expect the manager to react with integrity.
