I dropped off a package at 4pm on May 5th and it was not picked up from the store until May 15th. When I called the store to ask why this was, the rep who answered the phone could not give me any information as to why. He never once bothered to ask me for the tracking number so he could look into it further. I will not be using this store ever again and would advise others not to as well. read more

I had a framed Joe DiMaggio photo package n shipped to CA. They stuffed it in a box that was the same size as photo, never put a fragile sticker on it, requested insurance. When it ended up broken, they would not mail me the paperwork for insurance reimbursement. Fianally after having ups corporate involved they had me just send them the receipt. Then told since it was over 9 months the insurance wouldn't reimburse me. I'm not sure if store 2726 ever had insurance on it in the first place. But don't use this store and you may think twice if ever using UPS for any of your shipping needs. I wish I could give this store no stars. read more

If I could leave no star, I would. I am not the kind of person that would rate a business, but in this case I have no choice. THINK TWICE before you drop your package off at this burien ups store! They mishandle the package and my buyer had to filed a claim since the package was not able to track online. I paid for 2nd air, but the package was delivered on 5th day which was ground route! Basically, ups screwed it up and put the box in a trailer rather than on air. Their money back guaranteed is a joke. They only give me a partial refund and charge me for ground shipping which I did not want. This is NOT customer service or money back guaranteed! There is reason why I paid for 2nd day air!! Ups failed to delivery on time! I will never use them again! The only reason I had to use ups was due to buyer's request. BE AWARE! read more

My one star isn't to this specific location but to UPS in general. I ordered a package from Amazon for my husband for Father's Day that was supposed to arrive Monday. Monday afternoon I get a notification that they tried to deliver my package but no one answered to sign for it. My husband was home all day with out sick 2 year old and we have a dog who barks at even a whisper outside our door so I found it hard to believe they had knocked. The notification says my package will be delivered the next day by 8pm. We were outside all day on Tuesday BBQing with friends and family, you have to walk by up outside to get to the front door. No one came but I got a notification after 8pm that they had made a second attempt to deliver and I would need to contact UPS using the number that was left on the delivery attempt notification on my door.... check my door, no note. So by now I'm really annoyed so I call UPS and the lady says she will call the driver and call me right back. Didn't get a call until the next day where she informed me that Monday they driver said he couldn't deliver my package because my building is controlled access. I live on the bottom floor which is not controlled, Tuesday no one even put my package on the truck she said and she promises my package will be delivered by the 21st. 21st comes and I see the UPS guy pull in so I ask him if he has my package which he doesn't so he calls "Monica" and she is going to see if my package is at their center so I can just go pick it up. He gives her my number and she is going to call back. 3 hours later and no call back so I call her. She was "too busy" to call over to the center yet but she will call me right back.... no one ever called back. Luckily Amazon has great customer services and refunded me for my package so I could re ordered it express FEDEX shipping and my package arrives the next day! read more

Today I went to the Burien store, Robert helped me tremendously. I had assorted family heirlooms & belonging's both valuable in worth and memories. Not all was boxed or wrapped. Even though another employee was late. Robert was very efficient in assisting me and another customer in the store. Robert never became frustrated or rude as more people came into the store and my order needed extra care and time. I want to like this place.... super convenient and right next to Safeway..... I've dropped Amazon returns here a few times and the most recent time upon arriving I realized the label I'd printed at home had been cut off - the gentleman behind the counter was helpful and suggested I e-mail the label over to the store from my phone and he would reprint (awesome). It was only after we did all this that he rang me up for $2.11........ $2.11 for "e-mail printing" - Really? for one sheet of paper and 3 clicks of the mouse? Won't be spending money there ever again! read more

My smartphone crapped out and I dropped it off here to get shipped back to AT&T. Oddly enough, 1 month later, AT&T didn't recieve it and now I got hit with a $350 bill for not returning my old device. Apparently their hatred of prepaid packages got the best of them. I'm assuming one of their employees took the phone (thinking it would work), and threw the box in the garbage. THANKS UPS. read more

I found Miyi very helpful. I had large items to ship across the country and I couldn't fit them in my car already boxed. I brought all of the items down and Miyi built boxes that fit and stayed under the "freight" size which save me a lot of money! Awesome. I had gone to the UPS store in Burien WA to send a large package to my son who was in downtown Seattle. It was suppose to arrive the next day. I had arranged for the place to accept the package if my son was not there yet. However the place refused saying he was not there. So 4 days later he still had no package. I called back the UPS store and they explained it had been rejected since he was not there. I explained the need for this package to get to my son. The UPS worker called the place and called me back. He offered to pick up a authorized note from my son the next morning and he would go to the warehouse and pick it up and deliver to him the same day. This was done in a couple hours. I was shocked and very pleased beyond words that this worker offered to do this for me and apparently on his own time. I could not thank l him enough for his excellent customer service.
