I called this UPS Cody Store from out of state and asked them to print off documents and hold them for a person who could come in and sign the documents. Their services were provided in a timely manner, and we got our documents signed and shipped by the deadline. That was very important to us. I am so appreciative of their services. The people who work at this UPS Store are the absolute BEST! Always friendly and helpful even when they are extra busy like during the holidays. We've had a mailbox at this store for over 3 years so we are in there a lot. I don't know what "beef" the negative reviewers had but I think this store is great! read more

I have shipped bear spray with UPS before. When i bought bear spray is was sent ups. When i sent it to my location in Wyoming, it was sent UPS. As always, i read policies as thoroughly as i can and i knew the bear spray couldnt be sent by air. The policies i came across and asked about at the royal oak UPS verified this. And we shipped it ground. She didnt provide any proof that 1, UPS has a policy regarding bear spray shipment in the matter she communicated. She said, bear spray has to be shipped separate? What? Im sorry, she was slightly rude and she is either not informed of the policies, or she had experience with bear spray because of her location but these policies werent communicated with ups.com or the other stores. Regardless im not satisfied with my experience at cody UPS. So long! read more

About the "UPS Store" at 1108 14th St., Cody, WY: While the service appears to be efficient the question of how knowledgeable the staff are is a big question mark. That being said I WOULD use this store again unless, of course, Fedex opened a competing store. The man who waited on me made it very clear he was going to, and did, format my (return) home address in a way HE felt it should be done. When I protested I was "brushed-off" with the comment: "It doesn't matter." I wanted to have my street address included with my home address. The man waiting on me decided to limit my home address to my post office box address. In return for this, borderline arrogant, service I handed-over $223. This staff member needs to do some reading on what the US Postal Service refers to as a "dual address" format. read more

The UPS, truck drivers need to learn a lesson or two on not pulling out in front of vehicles at the last second. I was lucky that there were patchy dry areas after it snowed. If not, I would have rammed into the UPS truck. read more
