The majority of her customers were ethnic, and she was being rude to every single one of them!! I went to buy a 14 x 14 box after already sending off another one for a different location yesterday and she charged me $11.92 while they only charged me $6.48 for the same damn box! The lady that was there was extremely rude. I had a lot of Amazon returns which made her very impatient. She was going through my orders on my phone telling me how to pull up the returns. I think I know how to make an Amazon return. She didn't want to wait for me to match the QR code to the item. It was embarrassing. I told her I would go elsewhere. Worst thing is she scanned the wrong QR code for one of my items and kept something that was incorrect. Now I have to call Amazon and deal with that. This is the go to spot for my Amazon returns. It's super convenient and right around the corner from where I work. I have never had to wait longer than and few minutes and on most occasions I don't wait at all. There is usually plenty of parking in the lot. I needed to get a few papers notarized. I haven't had any luck finding a UPS store that offers this service until I stumbled upon this location. They charge at a affordable price at $4 per stamp. At the moment, they offer notary from 12pm-3pm (Monday to Saturday I believe). The staff were very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this UPS store location. read more

I've generally had pleasant experiences at this store, but was surprised on a visit last Saturday. I had to take some printouts of a document and had brought along the soft version of the document in a USB drive. At the store I was asked to use the common desktop to connect the USB drive and print out as required. I went ahead as instructed. But at billing I was charged an additional $3 for using the desktop. Now, I know the charges for the desktop is indicated on the screen however since I was only using the same for print purposes (also, as instructed by the staff) I had not realized this would be a "hidden" charge too. On inquiry, I was told that there is no way for them to print out a document from the USB drive without using the desktop and for using the same, I will be billed. My boyfriend and I went to this ups location to ship his laptop to California for hard drive repair. We had packaged the laptop in an appropriate sized box with air pads surrounding the top and bottom. When we arrived at this UPS store an older gentleman insisted we did not package the laptop well enough. We were charged $40 for him to repackage it and he insured it would be much safer with his packaging. Well, the computer arrived in California today DENTED and DAMAGED. The computer company showed pictures to us that indicated the shipping box was intact which means the damage to the laptop occurred after we turned it over to the UPS store employees. Been here twice in the last week to drop off returns from amazon prime. Everyone here is super friendly and efficient. It took me less than a minute to get my packages scanned and get a receipt. All with good conversation and excellent service. It's also nice because it's conveniently located in a shopping center with Baskin Robbins, Giant, Subway, Royal Farms, etc. so you can grab some food or ice cream like I did on the way home! Because of their friendly and helpful service I have at times gone out of my way to go by this store instead of trying a new or more convenient location. When I called the day before to make sure there was going to be Notary available I was told there would be until 3p. When I called before heading over, I was informed that the Notary had left early for the day. Either you offer the service or you don't. Will not be thinking about your store when I need shipping or other services in the future. Also reflects badly on UPS stores overall as far as I am concerned. read more

This is one of the worst UPS stores I've been to. They want to charge you for every little thing and if they can they will try to sell you items you don't require or want without telling you first. When something goes wrong, they blame it on the system or server. They are the UPS experts and yet they don't know what's happening half the time. Same thing with the notary, he had no idea what to do and I've never met someone that doesn't no how to sign or where to sign. Customer service is poor. The boxes are also very expensive compared to other stores. I do not recommend, find another store. read more

From my panicked call to the store, where the clerk said he would wait for me, to the patience he exhibited dealing with me and my 86-year old father (hence the emergency), the customer service was first class. I called early afternoon on April 11th to make sure that a notary would be on site at 5.30pm. The associate on the phone told me that someone would be onsite. I got to the store at 5.10 and was told that the notary left at 4.30pm. There was a time sensitive document that I needed to get notarized and sent to my father by Monday. It's frustrating to be given incorrect information by an employee in the store. If you advertise a service, then do it. If not, then don't advertise the service on your door. If the service is only offered during certain hours of the day, then educate your employees on how to respond to prospective customers. read more
