Was told they accept all deliveries / packages. When I arrived to pickup my package, they refused to give it to me stating they could not 'put it in their system'. Was told they would have to send it back to the shipper. My wife and I are full time RVers and use UPS Stores on a regular basis and never had a problem. The package was a part to repair our RV and now we are stuck until I can get the part. Plus not sure if I will get refunded my $200 when they send it back. I really don't understand why they would not give me the package. I know UPS Stores are franchises but I will think twice about using any UPS Store again.
