We ship all of our packages from here because it's convenient and the people are so polite and helpful. We can bring packages in to get weighed and get a shipping quote, it's so easy and definitely easier than driving halfway across town to try to save a few dollars. read more

I came here to return an item purchased via Amazon but through an independent seller. The instruction had me go to whichever UPS Store that would be closest to me. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I simply had my item already boxed and the UPS Store clerk scanned my bar code and printed the label, took my box, placed the label and it was good to go. (And I received my refund notification from Amazon). I had to search on my Amazon account for my bar code that I had initiated with the return process and the clerk was very friendly and said not to rush as it's such an easy flow. She clearly has experienced with this. I was pretty surprised to see as much traffic going on here. Someone was finishing up when I got there, and another person was coming in right when I finished. Go figure! There are of course the various supplies to ship items such as boxes of different sizes, envelopes, packing material, tape, labels, etc. They even had some cards. I visited this UPS store on 2/6/2024 to mail a small package. The package emasured 6" x 6" x 8" and weighed less than 1 pound and was addressed to an address in Florida. I requested the postage rate for two day delivery and the clerk advised it would be $43 via UPS and $35 via USPS. I departed with my package and immediately went to a local post office. The postage via USPS Priority Mail (two day delivery) was $9.80. The clerk at the post office advised me they get allot of customers who come in to mail packages who had previuously attempted to mail the packages at the same UPS store and who also complained about the exorbitant mailing rates at the UPS store. I must also say that the young lady clerk at the UPS store who waited on me seemed somewhat rude during the transaction. read more

I walked in to 2 heavy set women leaning on the counter talking. The white one was an arrogant, rude cow. I stood there waiting for them to speak, and the white one said that they were waiting on me to get the code. I'm not a mind reader. A third woman came out of the back and all 3 were staring at me as I was getting the code, and the white leaner actually sighed at me. These 3 lazy women shouldn't work out in public. DISHONEST. I priced a package shipment online per exact dimensions and weight and insurance amount on the USPS and UPS websites. UPS came about $3 cheaper at $23.06. Went to this store and they "calculated" $32.29. I measured the outside dimensions of my package at 14"x12"x3.5" (it was a standard recycled USPS flat rate medium box). They "measured" 14"x14"x5". They charged $19 for "service options" (they said that was the insurance); the UPS site quoted the same insurance at $10.35. And to top it all off they actually charged my card for $35.00 !! Grab and pad everywhere you can... When I called the manager he immediately started to argue and told me right away without looking at any information that the quote I got online on the UPS site was not right.... Shady operation. I am never going there again and neither should you. read more

Went to stores on woodruff Rd and pelham rd. Both stores told me the exact same thing that their printer was broken the color would not print I feel it was a rehearsed lie that they tell their customers because they simply do not want to print in color because of expense of ink right now. If you don't want to print don't advertise that you print again, I feel it's a rehearsed lie it's not a coincidence in my opinion That both stores printers are down due to color issues . Don't go here to have your material printed unless you want to print in black and white only read more

JERKS!!!!!!! Ashleigh has been so rude and is now one of the reasons I'll no longer be mailing anything from here. She took $31.00 from me bc she typed in the wrong ADDRESS on an overnight package and her and her boss refused to pay me my money. As a waitress I would have to cover bills when someone stiffed their bill. And that's making 2.13 an hour!!!! I just picked up a UPS package and was charged an additional $10 for a "Misc Non-Taxable" fee!! What BS! I paid UPS shipping so why in the hell would I be charged to pickup at a UPS facility??!! Never again. Update: After checking around Greenville, SC, there are several UPS stores within minutes of this place that do not charge this fee. I suggest ship your packages to one of the other stores. read more

I spent maybe thirty seconds here and that was enough time to know that I won't be back. I had three packages to drop off. They were already packaged and labeled, all paid for. I don't know the man's name working, but I made one up for him but it's not nice to say! I struggled to get the door open and when he came to help me, he never spoke, never asked me if they were UPS or USPS, no hello, nothing. He did give me a look like I was a complete idiot who was bothering him. I had to return to my car to get one more package and upon my return, I asked him if I should put it on the counter. No reply, not even a glance. In the event that my first impression was wrong, my second only confirmed that indeed, this dude is a jerk. Maybe he need not work with the general public if he doesn't like them. I'll find another place next time. read more

I visited this store today and was shocked as to how rude and unprofessional the owner (Billy Nease) was towards his employee. A very nice young lady helped me with shipping a package. She made an error and had to reprint the label and had a question for her boss/owner. When he came over to the register to ask what was going on, she attempted to explain and ask her question. He immediately interrupted her and spoke to her in the most belittling and berating. He made no effort to listen and try and help answer her question. He kept making the point (over and over again) of what she "should have done" rather than helping her. The store had multiple customers and I again, was shocked, that he would talk to her this way in public. He was a complete A$% and it took everything I had not to jerk him across the counter. I am sure his employee turnover is through the roof. THIS GUY DESERVES NO ONES BUSINESS! read more

Had to mail some calendars to family for a late Christmas present. The people working were fairly friendly but didn't exude effervescence. They got my envelopes labeled and sent out. I am giving three stars because it was EXPENSIVE! Two 8x11 calendars cost me $25 to ship! I was thinking maybe $5 each, not $12! She didn't tell me the price until after everything was done so I didn't really feel like asking them to give me my stuff back. Whatever. read more

Talk about GREAT customer service!! Billy Nease and Kirk are amazing. It's New Year's Eve and five minutes after closing. I had already called every single other UPS store in Greenville, but this store, No. 2493, was literally the only one that still had on-site notary services. In fact, both Billy and Kirk were notaries and told me that, unlike the other stores, they wouldn't be leaving early, despite it being a holiday, and would wait for me. I got there after closing time, yet they were there waiting to assist me with paperwork that I had to get out that day. They are truly amazing! Not only did they notarize my paperwork, they even helped me make sure that all the correct pages were notarized AND made sure I didn't leave without receiving my fax confirmation. That's what I call TOP NOTCH service - and the day before a holiday! Thank you Billy and Kirk! I will be using this UPS store again.
