In the past 6 months I've used this UPS store approximately 10 times; twice I was shipping large, heavy packages; the rest of the time I was sending faxes. I am always impressed with how pleasant and professional the employees are. I know they did a serious remodel to their facility sometime in the last year or so; they greatly expanded their space BEHIND the counter; I only wish they had enlarged the customer area in front of the counter. When they're busy the line can get pretty crowded. It's especially difficult when you're waiting in line with a heavy package. Hopefully, they'll figure out a way to address this concern. read more

The employees at this UPS Store are stellar. They are friendly, helpful, and give excellent service. I found this particular UPS Store by accident, after spending my first 4 years in the Columbus, Ohio area getting indifferent to awful service at other UPS Stores. I've never had any issues with this UPS store. I've shipped a handful of packages out of here, and I've always had a pleasant experience - no lost packages, nothing broken. The biggest downside is usually the other people trying to ship things from UPS at the same time; waiting in line is usually the biggest downside. Recently, I came in to ship a package and found out that they do key copies. (Didn't know that!) Utilized their services for that to get some copies made of keys I needed. Those worked out great, and all the keys work just as well as the originals. Large parking lot since this UPS is located in a strip mall. Easy to get in and out. The UPS also sells a variety of other things like greeting cards, study guides, packaging materials, cute key options (like OSU blanks), and more. read more

I wanted to mail a package back to Amazon. When i got there they told me if i needed a receipt to go to the Post Office. In the past they give receipts. I was going to ask another question and other clerk butted in to tell me to go to the post office to get a receipt. Kohl.does a better job taking back Amazon items and gives a receipt read more

Store is open until 3. Loaded up big items for Amazon return, there at 2pm, but handmade sign on the door that they closed at noon to start a remodel. Why not wait until 3? No respect for people's time. This store has had a very rude staff. The last time I did a return there the employee yelled at me that the truck was leaving in 5 mins and to hurry up. I said, I really don't care, it can go on the next truck. Choose a different location for services, this one could care less about customers. read more

This is absolutely the worst store ever. Don't ever go here. I spent $147 to send a package to France. I had the clerk, Rebecca because she called me tonight at 8:07, enter the address three times and it was still incorrect. I just happened to miss that one letter was missing from the name of the nursing home where I was sending this package with $20 item at the price I listed above. It was supposed to be received on 12/13 I mailed it on 12/5 at this UPS store. My family in France is telling me that the address is wrong and it wasn't received. Sure enough there was one letter missing from the name of this nursing home even though everything else is correct in the address. I sent emails to the store no response. I sent another email to the store. No response now I get a phone call and they're telling me they never received my emails even though the email address is correct. I checked it. No one answers the phone they request that you send emails and then they don't respond to the emails. They say that they check the emails every every hour they do not. I had to go through automation hell to get someone at the national UPS, eventually a supervisor, so I could get some customer service. By the third department, which is the international delivery department, I'm finally getting some answers. It was delivered yesterday 12/19, six days late. I wanted the package to arrive for family day, it did not. Like I said don't go here!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. read more

First time in the store wasn't a pleasant visit. Lady approached me and asked what I had, accepted my package, printed me a receipt, tossed it on the counter and left with my package. No hello or goodbye. After it was attempted to be delivered ups said it couldn't be delivered to a PO Box. Something I could of been told if the lady at the ups store was more into her job. Now we have to get the ups delivery address changed. read more

I've used this store multiple times in the past and they've always been helpful except for the past four or five visits. Today they were smiling on the outside but pissy on the inside and for the FIRST TIME EVER, I was charged $1.00 for them to run a piece of packing tape across my package. WOW. I will find myself a new UPS store to ship my packages from here on out. read more

I will never use UPS or a UPS Store again. I shipped a large product in September complete with the original styrofoam packaging and plenty of bubble wrap (adhering by UPS's shipping policies). I had paid $113 for shipping (in addition to packing supplies) and paid for $400 in insurance for this shipment alone. When my shipment arrived at the location it was broken. I opened up a claim with UPS for them to inspect the packaging. They went to the buyer's location and picked up the package. They tore the box to pieces and rejected the claim due to incorrect packaging. The item was shipped back to the UPS store with plenty of pieces broken and now the light is completely unusable or salvagable. I called in to the UPS Store that I dropped the package off at to find out that UPS stores and UPS have no communication. I called into UPS mutiple times to challenge the denial and they pointed me to the UPS Store owner. I called into the UPS Store owner and he wished me good luck and pointed me in the direction of UPS. Eventually, I had the claim reopened just to have it rejected again. I had to send a follow up email to find this out. So, not only am I out the $400 item that I shipped, I am also out the $113 I paid for shipping.
