I go here to drop off amazon returns and they notarized documents for me a couple times. The nicest place with regards to people, speed and efficiency. The worst UPS store in terms of customer service. You will have to wait 15-20 minutes in line to get service. Worst yet, if you complain about late service, the owner is the rudest business owner you can ever come across. His answers are " Can't you see? we are working" When asked to be polite with customers, his response was " No I don't have to be polite" This is not the first complain about the owner as some other reviews mention how disgusting the owner is. I can't believe that UPS Franchise hands over one of their stores to such a person. It will be the worst mistake to rent a mailbox over there or step foot into that store, unless you are willing to wait 15-20 min every time you pick up a package, and willing to take this abuse. I've NEVER been charged for a strip of tape. The cost to send should include tape. If it were not for me needing to send ASAP I would have gone somewhere else. $2 for two strips of tape is insane. I will not be going back there. The employees are rude and eat while they're supposed to be helping the customer. First, took a couple of minutes to even acknowledge me then the lady explained it would be $2 per page PLUS an extra charge since I brought the documents on a flash drive. I procrastinated in sending a letter and realized I had only one day left to ship! I called this store and they were very helpful and told me to hurry so I could make it by 6:30 to save on ground shipping. I got there with four minutes to spare and was promptly helped. Both the gentlemen were great and knowledgeable. I normally never ship UPS but they have a customer for life! The older gentleman gave me a frequent shipper card and a coupon for $1 off next time. Had a great experience here when I went to drop off a pre-paid package. I had the package ready to go all I needed to do was get it weighed and get a receipt with tracking number. I only had to wait a minute (maybe less) and I was greeted by both UPS workers who were very helpful. My package was weighed and a tracking receipt given to me in a minute with a coupon attached for my next purchase from UPS. Overall, great customer service!! Very rude customer service. They would not let me do a quick drop off of a package that was already ready to go with a shipping label and everything. Instead they wanted me to wait in a long line for something that did not require a transaction. Every other store allows me to just drop ready packages on the counter. I noticed an employee, I think the Manager or franchise owner maybe, printing a really cool looking presentation. I said "Oh is that a presentation your printing for someone?" Without looking up, he snappily replied: "Sir. Someone will help you in a minute!" Gee I was just going to comment on what a nice job it was. I needed help getting a package sent to Canada so I went here for help. This happened on a Wednesday. On Monday my package came back to me. I went to the store to get it recent since they neglected to put in the invoice. During explaining the situation they claimed it was not invoiced correctly (that's why I went to them to get it done right the first time). They said I had to pay again. I could understand why. I say "explain this to me like I'm a f*cking two year old then so I can understand". They tried to threaten to kick me out for cursing. So I'll be silent till I'm done with this review. Basically the men at ups especially Kevin is incapable of even placing a stamp on a envelop and sticking it in the mail. read more

The store was busy, but she took the time to make sure the wrapping & packing of 3 large art objects was done correctly to protect them during shipping back home to Seattle -- which I very much appreciated. She was courteous and friendly, and even though it took a bit longer than I'd expected, I could clearly seeing she was doing a thorough job. Yay Helen -- thank you!
