Extremely slow service. This UPS store is right next to my work so I come here IF I really need to. The two or three times I've been here, today was my 3rd time... service has always been extremely slow! The one next to my house is around the same size yet they always are so efficient. And it's also in a busy area. Please hire more staff here. Also, parking in this plaza is terrible. It's not their fault, but I would stay away and go to another location IF you can. read more

I've been coming here for years, and overall it's a decent shipping center, but at this point I'm extremely frustrated with the customer service. The attitude from some of the staff, particularly one woman who is often wearing a mask, is consistently rude and unprofessional. This is now the second time I've experienced this. I remained calm, polite, and respectful, yet she walked away while I was speaking. Then another older employee stepped in and began talking down to me in front of other customers, telling me to "stop arguing" when I was simply asking for clarification on their policy. It's honestly surprising that basic questions are treated as a problem. I was told I couldn't return an Amazon item in its original product packaging, even though that's exactly how it was shipped to me. All I wanted was a clear explanation of their policy. Instead, I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong just for asking. Being spoken to in that manner, especially in front of others, felt disrespectful and unnecessary. As a small business owner, I couldn't imagine allowing employees to treat customers this way. On a positive note, there is a younger gentleman who works there who is always professional, patient, and helpful. He answers questions without any attitude, and I appreciate that level of service. Unfortunately for now I have to give this place a 1 star review. read more

When I moved to the area, I was hoping this UPS Store would be similar to the local one I used before--but it's been disappointing from day one. Their mailbox service pricing is unbelievably high, easily 2-4x the local rate, even compared to other UPS Stores. Customer service is usually poor as well. There are long lines with no real sense of efficiency, and the staff always seem overwhelmed. On top of that, the store often has an unpleasant smell--almost like dirty diapers--which makes the experience even worse. Not sure if it's a plumbing issue or something else, but it's pretty gross. Overall, this location consistently fails to meet even basic expectations. read more
