The two or three times I've been here, today was my 3rd time... service has always been extremely slow! The one next to my house is around the same size yet they always are so efficient. When I moved to the area, I was hoping this UPS Store would be similar to the local one I used before--but it's been disappointing from day one. Their mailbox service pricing is unbelievably high, easily 2-4x the local rate, even compared to other UPS Stores. Customer service is usually poor as well. There are long lines with no real sense of efficiency, and the staff always seem overwhelmed. On top of that, the store often has an unpleasant smell--almost like dirty diapers--which makes the experience even worse. Not sure if it's a plumbing issue or something else, but it's pretty gross.
