They do a whole bunch of printing and design work here, and they've always got several jobs being done while I'm there like flyers and posters and they do speciality photo printing as well. I've done some photo printing here as well and it's always turned out super well! Their prices are fair, and the staff know what's going on - they offered me some tips and checked to be sure I was satisfied with the final versions. I saw some graphic design work being done also, so it's nice that you can get everything done in one spot. Tip: it's easy to drive by the place. In 2 years I've maybe returned 2 items. This Staples is the return centre for Amazon. So quick and easy, in and out. The same Clerk has helped me out x 2 now and she's great. Lots of parking. Never busy when I go. I love the odd clearance area and the seasonal things they can sometimes have at Xmas. I'm a fan but I mainly come for the Amazon reason.

However, the online…read moresystem I tried to use before I went to the store had two major problems: (1) all the files I uploaded had to be re-uploaded to a different website at the store, and (2) the online system only accepts credit cards from Canadian residents (I have a Canadian bank account, and own a condo in Canada, but my billing address is in the US, so the Staples website would not accept my credit card) -- and they did not disclose this until after I had spent a couple of hours uploading my files and fine-tuning the print options so the costs were reasonable. I was also able to refer a friend who was in need to access a Mac to reformat files. Amin was able to help her and make a potentially complicated issue very simple. I got my cartridge refilled within minutes after walking into the store. Amin was able to fix the problem when my printer at first didn't handle the refilled cartridge. The store is small, pleasant, without and 'entertainment' humming away in the background. Amin is friendly, courteous and helpful. If a problem cannot be fixed at this location, the device will be taken to their main location at Billings Bridge. I am grateful to live walking distance from this store.

I asked to see the terms and conditions at the beginning of the quoting process, and never received them. I have asked for them repeatedly, and have never received them. Once you are dealing with them and there is a problem, they will walk away and ignore all your requests, not returning phone calls or emails. This process is done from the sales staff right up the management chain to the owner/president Bob Gilmore. If you are thinking of dealing with Gilmore, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
