This review is based only on my experience with their public notary service. I had a document that has to be notarized. Unfortunately, the free notary service at my banks only notarize bank related documents. After calling around I found that both AAA and The UPS Store offer public notary services for $5 per "stamp". I chose the latter because 1) no appointment would be required, 2) its location is more convenient for me to piggyback with other errands. The staff were all wearing masks; however, there's no hand sanitizers anywhere. After a short wait I was quickly served. Nothing wrong with this but I was a bit surprised to learn that the cashier herself is the public notary. Everything went through as expected until when she rang me up. "That'll be $9," she said. I was confused. I asked if it was because it was a deed so it cost more. She said there were the $2 clerical fee and the $2 witness fee. Talk about hidden fees! Needless to say, I wasn't happy. $2 clerical fee for ringing up, and $2 for another cashier's autograph?! I called and confirmed: AAA on Trindle Road costs $5, period, no gimmicks, no hidden charges like this one. The only drawback is you would have to make an appointment. With the bad aftertaste, I won't be back -- unless I'm in a hurry. read more

I have used this store for years. They are always knowledgeable and friendly. Too many times people only write reviews when something bad happens. Recently, I had a package not get to where it should be. They have done everything for me...I don't know if I will get the insurance money back or not? It does not really matter, what does matter is that they have done everything they can, without me asking. In these times, people need to appreciate more of what people do, instead of what you think they should do, or don't do! A happy customer.... read more

The printing service price should've been told to the customer before moving forward. Instead of "let me help you print it out with our computer" it's a unprofessional way to inform the customers. You did not tell me how much would it cost before printing it out. I don't mind to pay for the $2 just hope you understand that informing the customer first before moving forward is the best way. Getting it done is what I needed. Not telling me the price until it's done is unprofessional. I do understand owner got to pay for all the stuff. read more

The global logistics company delivers more than 1.5 million packages a day to more than 7.9 million customers in more than 220 countries and territories around the world. They have 440,000 employees and in 2015 their net income was about $4.8 billion. A few weeks ago, my son moved from Virginia to California and since he was going to fly, he chose to ship his computer. He went to the UPS and paid them to pack it. They did, and charged him $42.57. He then took the box to the U.S. Post Office for a shipping estimate. The next day he took the box back to the UPS Store because he decided to ship via UPS. At the store were the very same guys who had packed the box the day before. They accepted the box and shipped it to California for $152.31. A week later the box arrives, mostly intact but some damage along one side of the box. My son set up the computer and, gibberish. Clearly the internals are damaged. He had insured the shipment for $2000.00 He calls UPS and is told to wait for a representative from the insurance contractor to call. A week later UPS (Corporate not the store) says they don't have enough claims staff and it will take "weeks" for anyone to show up. Instead they suggested my son submit an email with all the details of the shipping event. He did. It was, I must say, impressive in detail and timelined the whole event from start to finish. A couple of weeks pass, no result. Ok so....package was shipped on April 19th. Today, June 2nd, he is told by the store, that UPS Corporate has denied the claim because after UPS packed the computer it "left the store" therefore.....I suppose some evidentiary chain of custody was broken and now UPS is not responsible for damage. 1. If UPS can track 1.5 million packages a day, why can't they track the progress of a small damage claim? 2. They never told my son that once the box leaves the store you're on your own. By the way, they also missed out on an opportunity to bilk my son out of a few more bucks by making him pay them to "repack" his box. You know, I never could figure out why my dog always barks at the UPS guy. Now I know. read more

Very convenient location. Have been here many times for mailing stuff and have always found staff to be friendly. Doesn't take much time - in and out in just few minutes. Mike - the person who helped me today closed the package securely with a masking tape - gave me the label and tracking information - was very polite and friendly. read more

This store closes at 3 pm on Saturday (but notary services are only until 2pm), on Monday @ 6:30 pm (but notary was gone before 5pm). Update your freaking website that notary services are available only during certain hours. I called this store at 1:45pm on Saturday. Staff told that notary was available until 2pm on Saturday (website says 3pm) but until 6:30pm from Monday to Friday. I took permission from work, went home, took my wife and 3 months kid and went to the store for notary service around 5:30pm. NOTARY is gone before the store close hours. read more

I've been going to this UPS location a few times a week for the past few months and the folks there have been nothing but professional and helpful. Jeff, Taryn and Susan are always pleasant and take care of my shipments quickly so I can get on my way. No matter how busy it may be, they're courteous which is rare these days. I've been to a few other UPS locations in the area and this is my favorite because of the way the staff treat me. Keep up the good work! read more

I've been to this UPS Store for notary services, various printing needs - including bound documents for a presentation - and for them to pack and ship valuable, heavy electronics. Each visit was quick and successful. Staff have been courteous and knowledgeable. Job well done. read more

1 minute late and they closed the doors. They saw me and didn't care! There is no customer service today.
