Stopped in during the COVID-19 pandemic. We came to get a 3-page form notarized, which required two notarized signatures. This took 25 minutes to be completed. For a 3-page form with two notarized signatures. It should have taken 5 minutes tops. Instead, the person working at the time was excruciatingly slow and took the documents back to a table to read them in detail. Mind you, my partner is a notary and there is no such requirement for the notary to understand every detail of the document being signed - only what the document pertains to. And even if they needed to understand every single detail, the document was only 3 pages long! This was very annoying since we had to sit inside and could barely socially distance for 25 minutes for what should have been a very easy in and out transaction. read more

BEST MANAGER and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE award goes to the UPS manager on Oceanside blvd. I had been trying to take care of some amazon returns for weeks, and I finally made it to the store, and my baby fell asleep in the back as I pulled in. The manager came out to my car and processed each return, going back and forth to the store and my car for each one. Are you serious? And he did it with a smile on his face, super friendly, and even tried to whisper for the baby sleeping. I have not seen this level of genuine compassion for others and amazing customer service in a long time. Give this guy a raise! UPS corporate executives- build your business on guys like this. I've had bad experiences with other ups and fed ex workers. but Carlos is a one of a kind worker. if I had a business that requird customer service, I'd hire him any day. I was BEYOND impressed by Annette at UPS store on 4225 Oceanside Blvd. I had a bunch of Amazon items I needed to return, and I am not very good with technology, so I was very confused about how to do it. Annette took her time helping me, did not make me feel stupid and was so gracious about assisting me. Then, while I was there, one of her coworkers actually quit right on the spot.
