This location has the nicest, most friendly staff of any place I've been in decades. Friendlier than any store, restaurant, service establishment, or club. Just really an uplifting experience. They've got Chick-fil-A staff beat. They're also super efficient and know everything off the top of their heads. This is my second interaction with a red haired notary at this location. The first time no issues the second time today she gave me a very nasty attitude saying because I was having a document notarized for the city of deltona she might not be able to d it . This is the same notary who notarized a document for the city of Melbourne for me 2 months prior. I explained I'm a Florida state plumbing contractor and any notary can notarize it. I explain a matter a fact with no attitude in my voice , yet she found the need to give me a nasty attitude saying " I understand but I just said I might not be able to notarized and proceeded to walk away while telling someone in the back she wasn't going to do it and they could. Such a complete unnecessary rude entitled nasty attitude for nothing. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the girl that actually notarized for me was very nice and professional. This location seems a bit understaffed. They mostly only have one person working at the counter. On a rare occasion, I have seen two people. There is always at least a little bit of a line when I come to this location. The workers are efficient and helpful, not necessarily friendly though. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION AT ALL. The employees steal packages all the time. I've had two package go missing using this location. They pretend to scan your return label then keep it for themselves. This store needs to be investigated big time. I will never use this location again. it is. it worth going to this location at all. You're kidding right? I brought an Amazon return and waited in line for 10 minutes and asked the guy to print my return label that I've done 5 or 6 times. So he says you have to go to that computer because printing labels aren't free!!! You've got to be kidding. Maybe Fed Ex will do it free for a $17 pre-packaged return! read more

This location of UPS Store is great. Lots of parking and other businesses I frequent, all in one quick place. The staff is always helpful and courteous, which has to be tough during the holidays. I appreciate the efficiency and great employees, too! read more

Not the cost at all. She didn't even give a cost. What I needed was a piece of tape. It was the attitude and the unwillingness to help. As I said my package was packed and ready. Just a piece of tape to paste the prepaid label that I never had to paste before. It was the attitude and the treat to charge... i have I have to pay for packing that's ok. I needed one piece of tape for the label and it was her attitude not the money because we did not even come to that. read more

I have shipped many items from the store some of them being Amazon returns and some of them being personal packages. Today there was no line which is awesome so I walked right up to the counter and just said "Hello, how are you?" a lady with braids said "amazon return?" and I said "yes" and then she proceeded to tell me i needed to take it out of the box which i did and then she said "you don't have tape at home?" and I said "I'm sorry most of the time you guys tape it for me." and she said "nah, you can tape it yourself or pay for tape" and I said " wow, okay I guess I'll go somewhere else" and she said "bye, have a nice day" with a fake smile. Sad to see what was once a "neighborhood" friendly store turned into whatever it is now ... definitely not going back no matter how bad i need to ship anything. read more

Unprofessiona, rude and inconsiderate. I avoid going to this location even thought it's less than 5 min from my house.

I've used this location for years, the manager/owner Joe couldn't be more helpful, friendly & professional. They offer a variety of services, including packing and shipping, & printing, which is what I primarily use them for. The downside to this location is their unfriendly staff. If I don't walk in & see Joe I brace myself for the curt, unfriendly service I've consistently received from two employees. They make me feel like they're doing me a favor by providing service, so yeah, I'm happy to be greeted by Joe when I walk in. And if their behavior wasn't unpleasant enough, they seem to have higher charges?? Anyway, this location is so convenient, and Joe is so nice to deal with, I'll continue coming here until I've had enough unpleasantries with the other two. Joe, maybe consider training your staff on customer service the way you do it?? I did appreciate on my most recent visit that there are signs about masks & they've made a good effort to instruct customers on social distancing, with directions on customer "flow". I was lucky enough to come in while there were no other customers, so not sure if it's working, but I'm happy they made the efforts. I'll keep coming here, and keep hoping to run into Joe, for the time being. read more

What a garbage location. Went in today and both employees looked like they hated their life so bad they just may end it all right there with a box cutter. The guy working today who helped me literally said as little as possible after opening up with "what do you want." The customer keeps your slack asses in business you should be happy I'm there. Avoid this UPS at all cost. Poor costumer service. They charged .99 cents for a small piece of tape. Ridiculous. I never been to UPS that charges for tape. Maybe the post office. Also, concierge didn't asked or print me a tracking label for my drop off. read more

This is the UPS store I frequent the most to return my packages. They are conveniently located in the Walmart plaza and have favorable hours for business and home users. They always provide a receipt of drop off after as well. Customer service is satisfactory and no frills. Just gets the job done. read more

This is the third time I've sought service here, and I have received great customer service consistently. Today just provided more proof when Shamiracle offered to print my return label on the spot. Unknowingly, she saved me time & money! My printer was still packed up & I thought I would have to find a printing place first before dropping my package at UPS. She was not only pleasant & friendly, but she & her colleague warmly greeted the other customers that walked in. I'm so glad they're near to my location :) read more

They deliver the absolute bare minimum in terms of customer service and basically answer any question I have like I'm a f****ing dumba**. This is the only UPS store I have been to where the employee will not let you just drop off a pre-labeled Amazon return. Requiring a customer who doesn't need any actual help to stand in line not only inconveniences that customer, but makes the line and wait longer for those who do actually need the employee's assistance. And in this time of social distancing, fewer people in the store should be something the employees are actively trying to accomplish. read more

Extremely irritating. Waited for package to be delivered. Missed delivery and got "infonotice" with location to pick up, no second delivery option offered. Called store the next day, not even 24 hrs after. Store said to call FedEx main customer service number. Asked for redelivery. Was told Monday would be picked up and around same time (2pm) would be dropped off on Tuesday. Waited around Tuesday then had to go to work. Wednesday called (this morning), instead of redeliver which was requested in system was sent back to shipper. Second package this has happened with. FedEx and USPS are much easier to ship with. Have NEVER had this problem. Get you shit together FedEx. You suck. read more

Oh how I wish this was still my regular UPS. Joe is just short of clairvoyant. I go in, he already has my packages ready (what..?) no matter how busy it is or what time of day. Tonya is very sweet and quick to assist me with whatever I'm skampering about with that day. Joe has a pride of ownership, like that store was his baby - you can't teach that. Honestly, if he saw how customers are treated elsewhere (like having to ask them to quit playing video games long enough to help, to actually look up an acknowledge your existence from their perpetual tunnel vision, or to not yell at you over the phone or ambulate with a one keystroke at a time mentality. sigh.. go to your happy place, Rebecca..) With Joe, he handles flow of traffic with panache, never seems overwhelmed, helps you with big packages, he (and Tonya) always have a kind word and just gives epic customer service. I recently purchased a mailbox from this location. I have been a loyal UPS Store customer for years, even thou I despise the company UPS, every location is franchise and none are owned by UPS corporate. This location is amazing. I was going around to all of the UPS Store locations when I wanted to purchase a mailbox because to me it didn't matter where it was. I just wanted one where everyone is friendly, professional and nice. Joe and everyone else at this location are the best! read more

Avoid this place at all costs. I've been here just three times, and two of the three times I've had horrible experiences. This last time, I needed to get a package out to meet a deadline. I looked up their hours, and was able to arrive 7 minutes before closing time. When I parked my car and started walking towards the door, I noticed they were locking it. I shouted in a friendly voice "hey hold up!" and they slammed and locked the door. I went up to the door and held my package up to the window, pointing to it with a smile, and they shook their head and said "no". They did not even come to the door. I looked at my phone and it was still 6 minutes before closing. Clearly they could see that the package was all taped up with label and ready to go - all they needed to do was scan it. So I had to drive 10 miles to find another drop off location. I was very upset, and will NEVER go there again. read more
