Earlier in the June, I needed to get fingerprinted and the company required me to go to this PakMail. They said that I will be required to show 2 forms of identification, with a primary id being government issued. I went there and got fingerprinted without any issues. In fact, I was not even asked to show my IDs by the fingerprinter, his name is Andy. Fast forward a few weeks later and my 15 y/o daughter also needs to get fingerprinted for volunteering at a camp. She is also required to go to the same PakMail to get fingerprinted. Again, they mention to her that she should bring 2 forms of ID. She just turned 15 so she does not have a Driver's License, but she does have her birth certificate, SSN, and a School ID. When we get there the same gentleman, Andy, immediately looks at her and asks if she has two forms of ID for the fingerprinting. We tell him that we do have a School ID and also SSN and BC. He then says that may not be sufficient and that she will need a government-issued License. We go through the process and he says that the system will not let him continue because she needs a government issued ID. Of course, I'm very annoyed because I just went through the same process and the same fingerprinter didn't even care to ask for any of my IDs, but NOT for my daughter, so this is all subjective on his end. I remind him of this and of course, he says that he does not remember me and that he always applies the rules the same for everyone. I pull up my registration # and date/time to show him proof but he is set in his position. The only difference between me and my daughter is that she wears hijab as a practicing Muslim and that immediately triggered for me the discrimination that Muslim women feel being treated differently and held to a different standard. Obviously, I will never know what Andy was thinking and perhaps he is just a lazy employee who arbitrarily chooses to do his job properly. Either way, an overall very poor service and very unprofessional by him and the store. I would not recommend using them for any services.

When I called back, she initially denied being the one who answered the phone -- despite being the only person behind the counter at the time. She later said someone would contact me regarding staff training. The lack of product knowledge was frustrating, but the unprofessional behavior and dishonesty were unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially after waiting in line. I hope ownership addresses both training and customer service standards.

We unfortunately found ourselves in need of some type of adult care facility. We immediately started getting text messages and phone calls from different facilities. Our phone was blowing up. Very annoying in a very confusing time. We set up an appointment for the following day with one of the facilities that had called. We thought we'd meet a representative from the service that gave out our phone number but no one showed up. We were on our own. I then remembered that a colleague from my days in the financial industry, Tee Sharma, had gone into business for herself, helping people in need. Tee, the consummate professional as a Relationship Manager, took her skills to this industry. Within an hour of reaching out to her she went to the hospital and met with the administrators. She assessed the situation and with the information she had gathered from us and the hospital she reached out with what she felt was a good fit. She actually saw what nobody else saw, the fact that mom was really in between assisted care and memory care. She made all the arrangements with the facilities we were to visit, and actually met us at each facility. She asked questions that we did not think of. Afterwards, we sat and discussed the pros and cons of each. While the decision was ours, she was very helpful in making our decision. I actually had a conversation with the hospital administrators advising that they are doing a disservice by just giving their phone numbers to that other service, and shared our pleasant experience (during an unpleasant time) with Tee Sharma. Instead of trudging out again, I checked Yelp and found J Post & Print. They responded quickly and their price was reasonable. They drove to our house and we got the form signed and notarized quickly. It was well worth the money.
