The store lost very important documents that I had to pay to have authenticated. I Had to pay again to have documents I had to re- authenticate, which cost me more money and time wasted. The store staff seem like they were new or college dropouts. The managers attitude was "It happens; so what?" I would never recommend this location. Very easy process to pick up drawings. In and out no problems! Everybody was very nice!

1st off it was clean but that's about it!! Highly DO NOT recommend! Girls in there are VERY rude!! I was nearby so it was the closest one to me. Never been in there before and they acted like I did not belong nor did I feel welcome at all. No smile no hi no thank you!! This place is a money-grubbing scam center. I have something I want to print from a thumb drive. Most places you plug in the thumb drive and pay for the prints. The only way they take money for prints is by using their PC. They then force you to rent use of their PC to print. Oh and you still have to pay for the prints. Weak juju. read more

I went to the UPS store to mail a letter certified mail (no return receipt needed) and they charged me $5.00 for metered mail and $5.00 for certified mail fees, total $10.00. When I questioned the charge, they told me that it was the correct charge. The front office staff never smiled during the transaction and I didn't fee like a valued customer. I asked them to double check and they told me they were 100 percent positive that it was the correct charge. I went to the other UPS store in front of Walmart and they told me I was overcharged. I called this location prior to ordering items from Amazon, and the associate assured me I could have items sent there, and would be charged a $7 fee for each package received on my behalf. When I arrived to pick up my items, a clerk brusquely informed me that they had been refused and ordered returned to sender, because they had arrived via USPS. I was incredulous, and asked why they would tell me one thing over the phone and then refuse my package. The clerk said in order to receive anything from USPS, I would have to rent a box from them. At no time was I told such when I contacted them on the phone. The clerk was very rude, unprofessional, and exhibited an attitude of complete indifference. I will never do business with this unprofessional, incompetent organization and it's surly employees, and I strongly encourage others to seek alternatives for their needs regardless of the service they require. read more
