I was here right before they closed to return an Amazon purchase. You know how some places close, luckily this one didn't. They were very helpful as my box was huge and heavy. They must have stayed open even later than their closing time because I saw some other people go in right after I left. Oh yeah, they were open on Sunday. I have been meaning to write this review by sometime now. This UPS Store has absolutely the best customer service . The owner is very helpful and very polite. His employees are just the same . They treat everyone with alot of respect , kindness and feeling good when you leave. There's a special young man whom I dont remember his name but he's young and very patient and very helpful like all the rest . The owner has a good staff and I am definitely going to return again. Recently had to get LiveScan fingerprints for a Notary commission and asked which UPS store in the area offered that service. I was pleasantly surprised when Louis told me they offered the service at this location and my fingerprints were processed very efficiently without needing an appointment. After about 10 minutes I was on my way. Louis and the staff were very friendly and efficient on a busy Saturday. read more

I went to return today my Spectrum an Direct TV boxes an the gentleman behind the counter dark brown hair with glasses rude. I put my Spectrum thinking it was the direct tv stuff an he was this is tge direct tv box. So he scanned it, then I gave him all the direct TV stuff he scanned everything gave me my receipts for the boxes so I kindly asked him how long will it take to get there an he's smart ass answer was "it's processed" well that was not my question my question was how long will it take to get there. You'd think shipping in the year 2019 would be a simple process. This store seems to be inadequately staffed, and packaging and shipping fragile electronics isn't an option. Even though their website states they are "experts at packaging and shipping". Apparently, shipping a MAC is nearly impossible or even having a few common place questions answered over the phone. My first call I was placed on hold immediately, no greeting, and no answer. The second call was answered by a male employee. He was able to answer a couple questions , begrudgingly. He told me he couldn't help me because he had customers waiting. Then what the hell am I!? I am also a customer, ON THE PHONE. If they weren't the only UPS around, I would not use them. read more

This is the absolute worst UPS store in the entire country! The owner, Louis, was rude and patronizing toward my mother in law when we had missing items from our package that were valued over $1,700! The package was never delivered and returned to the store, the owner tried to get my mother in law to take the package back with almost nothing in it and asked her "if she was sure the missing items were in there to begin with". It clearly stated on the shipping label that there was an iPhone 12 Pro Max and several other costly items in the package, and he had the audacity to speak to her like a child and try to tell her to just take the nearly empty package back because English is not her first language and he thought he could take advantage of that. I told her not to take the empty package because it was incomplete, so they threw it all out to try and make the entire situation go away. The items were either stolen by UPS or customs as it was an international package, which has never happened with FedEx and we havesent several packages through them! The package was opened, the valuable items were taken out and then they tried to give the package back to us like that! I got involved so they wouldn't be able to mistreat my mother in law any further and the owner, Louis, said we needed to file a claim with the damage department. So, I filed the claim as well as a complaint and got the run around from them and from corporate for almost three months before they finally said there's nothing they could do! Several people at corporate, including LaGayle, told me that we could expect a full refund, and that we were just waiting for a check to be issued because the store owner did not want to cooperate. She sent me a claim form asking me to list all of the missing items and pricing for each, which I did. She said to call back a week later to check on our reimbursement, when a different woman from corporate said the store claimed to have not recived the form, so I verified the email and sent it again. An employee from the location even called me to verify the address of where to send the check!!! Then I called corporate again to check on the status of the refund like I was asked to, only to be told by a third woman that I was given incorrect information for several months, from several different people, and they would only refund up to $100 which doesn't even come close to the amount of the missing items! Why did the store call to verify the address if there was never a refund in process?! Why had nobody mentioned this policy in one of the 15-20 phone calls previously? It sure seems like they just took their sweet time to try and find a loophole to get out of taking responsibility for their horrendous service. I will absolutely never use UPS again, as it's a terrible delivery service and there's not a single soul in any of their departments who have the slightest inkling of what decent customer service is. They're just here to take advantage of every bad situation they can, and the store owner at this location is a terrible person toward customers! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB, and you can expect the same review on Google as well. I hope nobody has an experience like ours in the future, hopefully this review can help someone avoid the trouble and mistreatment we were subjected to by this company. read more

I have been using this UPS store for over 5 years and they have given me nothing but outstanding service. The manager, Luis, is wonderful and their employees are very gracious, to a fault. When I came tonight to pickup my packages, a person called the store demanding to know if his package had arrived. I observed Bill and Zak attempt to politely tell the caller that his package had not come in and that he should try calling on Monday when it would likely arrive. The caller refused to listen to either of these guys and continued to harass them for 10 minutes. I had to wait until they were able to politely hang up before they could get my packages. It is unfortunate that my time was wasted because of this idiot caller, but I was able to observe the great lengths these guys went through to remain polite to a very hostile customer. If you are looking for a place to ship and receive your packages, and you want outstanding service, this store at 13502 Whittier Blvd in Whittier is the place to go. I've been going to this location since it was Mailboxes Etc. They have always surpassed my expectations! I send every to them for Notarizations. Whether you need a Livescan, Notary or shipping they have you covered. I also like that you can rent a mailbox from them and get UPS/FedEx deliveries. You can't get that with a US Postal Box. read more
