They have a nice new location…read moreand yet the woman who helped me was clearly very unhappy and determined to make my Amazon returns as difficult as possible. Despite being willing to pay for help with packing she made each step painful. I wish there was another option near by. Sadly they seem to be embracing the fact that the have a corner on the market. So upsetting. I'm hoping to make all future returns at Kohls.

All of my packages had prepaid labels; however, I always wanted them to document the actual weight on the receipt, just to cover me if I was accused of the package weighing more than what the label stated. It takes 2 seconds to do that, yet she continued to be argumentative about it, so I tried to avoid her station when taking packages there. Regarding other places to take UPS packages - it looks like CVS is an approved location, as is Advance Auto Parts. And Kohl's in Stevens Point accepts Amazon returns.

After working there for 4 years…read moreand seeing how l was being treated different, I went to the president of the company with my concerns and fear of discrimination due to my race. He basically blew me off(never had a follow up meeting) and had me talk to HR who only yelled at me and told me if I didn't like how they did things then I should quit. HR told me to get out of her office and that she shouldn't even be talking to me because I wasn't a Fey employee since I was still a temp even after working there for 4 years. Several days after I had brought up my concern, I ended up getting fired by HR without a second meeting(that I was promised) with no real reason. They say according to their policy they can fire anyone at any time, especially since I was still a temp. They don't care about anyone but themselves, keeping their HR who is unprofessional(rolls eyes, gets angry and yells all because she loves a power trip, expects others to apologize but she won't) and not doing anything to make sure their employees feel safe and secure proves it.

They made that very clear when they wanted me to work the day my fiance's brother was being buried. After 26 years, I quit that day. It was after years of bullying from our boss and that particular day that I just couldn't take it anymore. Many other employees have left Fey over the past 9 years since this boss has worked there and after I left, the owners had closed door meetings with employees and the boss in question and kept her in charge saying she would change. It's been 2 months since I left now and I have talked to 5 other employees that still work at Fey and the bully boss is still bullying and belittling her employees. 1 employee has even left after I left. These employees that left like I did are long time employees. These employees have been there for 10 or more years. This boss has been there for 9. The owners of Fey only care about the money. They use temp workers and throw them away.
