Juneau Tree Services Ltd exceeded our expectations. An initial site visit was completed within 24 hours. A couple of days later, we given a comprehensive health assessment and recommendations for a non-invasive structural support solution adapted to the Ottawa Valley's fluctuating weather conditions. In spite of some challenging wet weather conditions the work was completed in record time at very reasonable cost. We also had 2 trees taken out in our front yard and we were supposed to have grass seed planted over the areas, they left without doing it, and even after we contacted them about it and they said they would come back and do it, they did not. They also left an alarming amount of wood screws on the ground in our backyard, even knowing full well we have a toddler in the house. The least they could have done was double check they grabbed everything, and actually done all the services we paid them to do.
