I travel back often to see family and will literally never spend any money here. Don't go here if you want to be profiled incorrectly and made to feel like shit. We went down to the Vape Lab in downtown Kittanning and they were so very nice in there and completely redeemed smoke shops for me in Kittanning. I was a returning cash customer who purchased a supplement only to find the contents had been tampered with and replaced with Sweet Tart candies. After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business.
