One lady was extremely helpful, but the two younger ladies weren't the greatest. I guess I was bothering them with my questions. I wish there were more options for vape juice. If you like fruity stuff, you're good. However, there was only 2 options for tobacco flavored juice, and both are extremely low or no nicotine. They have a great selection of kratom though.

Obviously, the vape wasn't atomizing the fluid completely. When I bought it the guy who rang me up said that if i had any problems they (the store) would cover return/exchange for 30 days after purchase date. i went back today to exchange -and pay the difference- on a new unit. however, today a different person was working. He said that there was nothing he could do because he "never heard of that problem before and I've been here for years" He was very rude. zero customer service skills. So, after about 10 minutes of going back and forth about the return policy. I convinced him to give me store credit towards a different brand of e-juice. As in his "expert" opinion there was nothing wrong with the vape itself it had to be the juice. So, I paid $12 outta pocket w store credit....and guess what?? The fluid is still being left behind in my lungs. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to do this every other day. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I have experienced issues like this with two different vape stores and when I returned asking if there was anything they could do to replace the $10 vape that never worked once, they would basically shrug me off and say "sorry about your bad luck." This place, on the other hand, was so kind to me and understanding. The nice woman working there today said that she understood and that happened to her sometimes with this vape and promptly gave me a new one with a smile on her face. Even had me open it in the store to make sure this one worked. I would leave 10 stars if they let me, because that is how you do customer service!
