Its hard to find businesses that actually know their stuff, and Rolling Rock Vapor is definitely one of them. I also cannot close the hatch to the batteries without help from my husband - rendering the entire thing useless to me. I called them, and they said to bring it in. So even though they aren't a short drive for me I did, and when I got there they said, "Sorry there is nothing we can do." Why didn't they just say that on the phone?!!! Do NOT waste your time shopping here. They don't know their products and they will give you the run around.
