They arrived on-site two hours before our guests arrived to heat some of the food items and prep the food displays and stations. Then the servers worked at our party for 2.5 hours (Kayla and Amanda). After about two hours, they broke down the displays and chafing dishes, and "re-displayed" the food on my counter in such a beautiful fashion in disposable tin pans so we could continue to enjoy the food even after they were gone.
