My class credit became useless when the teacher left, and I thought it was a no-brainer to transfer that credit to another class, especially since I mentioned it to the owner while signing up over the phone. Yet, that didn't happen. Then, the workshop I took a day off for was canceled because I was the only participant. I understand things happen, but a sincere apology or an attempt to make it right would have meant a lot. It's not just about the credit or the class; it's about feeling valued. I hope that they use this as a chance to really connect with and take care of their community.

It appears as if this administration sees its students as little more than a financial resource. Specifically stating that they seek to be accommodating to all students, this small community agency, dependent on local support, ignores both the student and their own stated policies. If you sign up for a series of classes and have an unanticipated illness, there is no accommodation whatsoever. They do not respond to your calls/messages and just keep your money. Not worth it!
