The class your child is in will have a certified teacher and 1-2 aides depending of class size. The teacher has a daily schedule and it's nicely structured. The communication between parents and the staff is easy and detailed. You must sign to drop and pick up your child. Also the tuition is reasonable, not breaking the bank like other chain places.
