Shelves were well stocked and neatly aligned. David introduced himself immediately and was very friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable . He asked me the purpose of my visit and he took it from there. He gave me a tour of the inventory, showed me some products, taught me how to read the packaging and understand the ingredients and intake by mg, gram, and scoop. Very informative. While we were browsing the menu Erica basically rushed us through barely answering our questions and showing zero interest in helping us find what we wanted. She didn't even bother checking the back for stock when we asked! Throughout our checkout with just two items, Erica carried on multiple conversations with other staff and customers very clearly signaling we weren't a priority. She hurriedly handed us our products with no packaging and a dry, "Here's your product," before practically shoving us out the door.
