This is an update review. I had a horrible experience at the mister car wash that used to be a different car wash on G street. I had heard prowash had stepped back up their facilitie and services so I decided to give it another chance. I'm glad I did. Customer service was top notch, my car is absolutely clean, they offer unlimited washes for two months for the price of two washes. Their vacuums had great suction. No complaints. I do not recommend this place. Very rude. They broke my windshield off of my car and tried to replace it was a cheap generic brand. When I went to tell them I wanted the original which was only 10.00 more they refuse and accused me of having my windshield broken already even though it was bent back. Horrible experience and will NEVER GO BACK. They lost a costumer due to their LACK IF CUSTOMER SERVICE And not respecting your property . We took both of our dogs to the self dog wash, they didn't like it but we loved it. We are new to the area and did not want to wash the dogs in the tube upstairs. Especially the big one with all of her hair. We will be bringing the dogs back once a month. So, I've been coming here for a few years-definitely would consider myself a regular. One thing I appreciated was the friendly staff and little things like the half off price when I brought my receipt back for being a returning customer. Sometimes I was a few days over on the "one week" policy, but they still accepted it-seeing that I was a returning customer. So today I went to get a wash, and use my returning customer receipt. Since I was too many days over on their "policy" they didn't give me the half off wash-and what was ironic about the situation was the woman who told me this has knowingly accepted them days over before. I let her know their not so friendly response, and the fact they are contradictory on their choosing when to stick to the "policy" and when not to, lost me as a customer. I'll happily give my service to the other wash down the street, and stop spending my $30+ here. Many other washes in Merced. I'd skip going to this one. read more

I recently signed up for the Premium Wash package and I love it! I used to go to a carwash closer to my house by the service totally took a nose dive so I went to Pro Shine and they happened to be having a special when you sign up for the monthly wash the first month you get two months for the price of one AND it just so happens that their Premium wash package was less than the other place I had been going. The customer service is GREAT!!! They really care about making you happy and your ride looking good. Did not clean my car like other car washes also didn't dry it I open my door and the back of my car is dripping with water. No to mention drug dealers go to do the trade off/deal saw it with my own eyes and I believe one of the workers there was talking to those people and handed them something, the employee has a beard , I did not get his name me and my wife left as soon as we finished vacuuming. I have only used this car wash for years! I was not happy when they changed from the micro fiber towels. Now every time I go they are out of dash wipes. They used to hand dry my truck very well but now they do a terrible job. Today they spent about 25 seconds drying it. They just sprayed it down at the beginning. No brush was used. I pay for the highest wash and my tires were not cleaned. After I got to my destination I realized that the wash missed a huge spot of dirt on both sides of my truck. I regularly get my car washed here. The platinum package is where to go but the drying part can be better. I get it, get quickly through the cars. But there are wet spots under the side mirrors and the front bumpers. I do like it when they give you an air freshener. It's a good experience but I have to pick up on drying the leftover wet spots. I really enjoyed coming here for the pet wash. I went in the morning so a heads up is the pet wash is outdoor and there's just one pet wash station. Not a bad thing cause the guys who helped me out said it's 24 hours. It's $10 for every 12 minutes. My big guy is a $20 wash. The station has a chain for you to attach your pet by collar, bring something that you don't mind getting wet. Overall, it was a great wash station and the water was warm! Consumer beware... Went through the wash and after noticed paint missing on my car. When I went to speak with the manager, his initial response was "We didn't have any other complaints yesterday." Are you kidding me!! The paint is scraped off my car straight down a line... When I asked to speak to owner, I was told I could come back and speak to the district manager in an hour or so. I asked for the phone number and was told to look it up on google. What I think should have happened is... He should have taken my name and number, assuring me that the district manager would get back to me as soon as he came in and set up a time to bring my car by. I don't think I'll be going back, where is the customer service anymore!! Update: District manager very nice, handling the situation with great customer service! On a side note, they are not owning to the damage done to my car... I will never be back. Their tunnel was obviously very rough on my car. read more
