My car left there with swirls over the entire body, which I noticed the next day when the sun was shining on it actually had me in tears. When I reached out to them to help, they declined, slithered back under their rock and pointed at the sign in front! This was a great experience. Aside from the great job the fellas did washing my car, the guy at the window who greeted me when I pulled up to pay was AWESOME. He gave me the rundown of services and helped me get in and out fast. This is the most value for any carwash in the area. The best thing is not the carwash itself but the VERY Inexpensive detail packages. Like $35 for a total vacuuming to feel fresh on the inside and out. Not a chain, locally owned. I like dropping off the car and doing my food shopping or grabbing a bite. The carwash has a lack of employees and has never gotten my car clean. The owner seemed to be running the wash today with one other employee. They both seemed irritated and impatient. Carwashes are convenient and totally labor free on my part, but my car has never gotten totally clean from the drive thru. I have always felt hurried to line up, hurried to pay, hurried to be brushed, and ran as quickly as possible through the wash. The speed of the belts and rollers seem to be set as high as possible and because of that, the car of course, doesn't get the attention it needs. 10 dollars is pretty inexpensive still and they do have monthly options for unlimited washes. But it just seems uncomfortable every time I go in for a wash. read more

My first experience was good they took the payment first and then my car went through to get clean after they spray it today August 28, 2023. I took my car there they sprayed the car first and then made me roll the window down to pay it, and the guy gave my credit card back. It fell down the floor as my car went through the wash it came out and I vacuumed it and I noticed when I went and got gas on the other side of my car was all purple I recommend to go to another place. Pros: Convenient, friendly staff, quick service Cons: Poor quality. Honestly could have done better myself in the same amount of time. Windshield was still dirty, dash board had spots that were clearly missed, had a cup in the cup holder and they didn't even bother to move it to vacuum out the holder. I'm not sure why this place got sub-par reviews--it must just depend on who is working that day. I've been here twice and had a very positive experience both times. The car came out extremely clean inside and out, despite having a lot of pine needles, mud, and dust in there. I don't expect a car wash to get every minute speck off for $20 when I only bring the car round once per year and it's pretty filthy. They did a lot of hard work for that price point. I'm not sure how they stay in business with such a low price, to be honest. So I'm skeptical of the low reviews here. read more

i'm not a picky customer- mostly i just want a wash and vacuum. i paid and added a big tip because there were lots of fir needles to vacuum the wash went fine There were at least ten guys walking around while only two were working inside the vehicle to the left, and then one finally went to the club cab truck in front of me. 20 minutes later i still haven't seen one vehicle drive away i hadn't planned on spending my afternoon there! finally i got the attention of one worker walking by mr and i asked to be let out of the line so i could leave. no offer to return my big tip ($20) but i got a scribble on my "receipt" that is supposed to give me a free vacuum when i come in again this was an overcast friday by the time i left there were at least six more cars behind me waiting ? not happy! read more

Incredible service and an amazing deal! All of staff are hardworking, helpful, and super friendly. We had 8 puppies and 3 adult dogs on board. We were all so impressed with how well and willing they were to work around the crates. The van is spotless inside and out! Highly recommend! read more

I came in at 5 pm, this place actually closes at 6pm. Please note there are 3 people in total working interior while I am posting this review...okay so now as I approach the clerk at the kiosk outside, I am wanting to pay for the silver interior detailing and vacuum job; the clerk tells me because he is blind he is closing early at 5 after their last customer finishes coming through the wash to meet them there under the carport for the finishing touches... don't forget it is going to be Christmas which I'm sure other employees could appreciate the payroll hours, therefore the guy using his disability as an excuse for cutting the hours of the other two employees that are there with him on the job. I wasn't aware that people who have disabilities can turn around and effect the payroll schedule of the other employees.. read more

I've been here twice on my own and I've come here for years with my mom as her passenger. Whenever she comes here, it seems simple enough, not too long of wait times, the car gets clean. I came here because it seemed like a nice all service place to get my car washed. The first time I came here, they didn't really explain things clearly, I thought I already understood, but I ended up just sitting and waiting at the opening to the car wash for an attendant to start everything and it took a solid 10 minutes for someone to even notice I was there, even though I had just paid the 20 bucks. It was odd. Everything else went off just fine. I came here again today and the same exact thing happened, I paid, I pulled up, and once again no explanation and no attendant to lead the way or turn anything on for me, so I was feeling a little helpless and confused until someone noticed I was just waiting there and scrubbed down my car and started the car wash. I assumed it was my mistake?? I felt stressed asking someone but if they maybe just explained exactly what was about to happen then I could follow directions. I don't know. I'm going to give 5 stars because I don't like hurting business' but I'm just hoping someone who works there sees this so they can either just always have an attendant ready to go at the car wash spot, or at least explain to the customer to pull up to the car wash and someone will be there to help you shortly. Edit: I wrote this before they even finished my wash, after the wash I drove off the lot like an idiot! They damaged my car, scratching my dash and scratching a hole in my tinted window. I've been coming here for years and yesterday after I went thru the machine for the most expensive wash, my rims were still covered in brake dust. I came back and was told that they will clean them for $5/ wheel. I paid $18 for the wash, I'm not paying $20 for my rims to be wiped off! After I complained, they told me that the machine doesn't clean the rims, that's a detail service. I came back 5 mins later and still they wouldn't touch it for free, or refund my money. I told them that I'd be reviewing them and parked to do so. Only then did they come over and offer for me to go thru the machine again and actually paid attention to my rims. Ugh. I bought a car that needed some fine detailing so I took my car there and asked if they had time for a deep cleaning and detailing of the car they said yes I paid for everything went through the carwash the car was still dirty didn't pressure washer it or anything, about a half an hour after they started detailing the inside they told us it was done we came out and it looked like nothing had been touched other than the windows have been wiped and and the carpet had been vacuumed... I let them know that I was unhappy and the vehicle is still extremely dirty on the inside and the out they proceeded to wipe out a couple of cup holders and called it good.. I called the manager over and asked him if he could please take a look and see why I was unsatisfied he proceeded to tell me that that was the best that they could do without making an appointme... So, I was apprehensive to try this place because I didn't read the best reviews. But then a friend of mine recommended it and it's winter and I've been busy and haven't been able to clean my car for myself so I deduced to try it. I pulled up and waited a while... there was one car and two employees and I was shy of driving away when someone came to help me. I paid $20 and then went through the car wash. Got out and went into the waiting room and left them with my car. Shortly after and guy came in and said my car was done. This was surprising since I hadn't been there long at all. I got in my cleaner than when I arrived car and drove away. But then I kept looking around and noticed it was the most half assed job ever. I clean my car regularly and probably take about a half hour to do so. But at the very least, I'd expect it to look half as good as it does when I clean it myself. Nope. They clearly took a dry rag, ran it over the car once and did a quick vacuum. That was it. There are areas (like my cup holder and gear shift that weren't even touched!) Definitely won't be back. I would much rather just go through a car wash and clean it myself or try somewhere else. I will say though, their waiting area was nice and they certainly were quick. ‍ read more

Only giving it 2 stars because my car's exterior was clean after going through the drive through car wash. The staff were either high school kids or adult males on meth. The car in front of me had an elderly couple in it that the meth head attendant actually yelled at because they weren't pulling forward fast enough for him. He scared me, I'm sure they were terrified. After I pulled up he was loudly explaining to the high school kid working with him that's why he get so fuc$&@?' Irritated working there. I called to tell the manager, he said it was the second call about that individual in the past 10 minutes. He also said that individual was one of their managers! WTH?!?! read more

All the staff here is so nice and thorough with both explaining things and the cleaning of your vehicle. I had never been here before so I naturally had a lot of questions but I never felt like I was annoying the staff or taking away from their day. Don't bother using this place if you want more than an ok job. Maybe not even an ok job. Told the guy when I pulled in my car was really dirty, & dog hair was pretty bad. He looked in & told he an extra $5 for the hair & an extra $5 for it being an suv if I wanted them to clean the back inside. I agreed to the premium package plus the extra costs. After I was told I was ready to go I looked in & asked about the mats. Then he tells me that would have been an extra charge. When I stopped at my next appt I took a better look in the car. Don't go would not recommend!!! If you value your leather seats . WINDOW CLEANER ON LEATHER SEATS!! I paid for the top package platinum for my sons car detail inside and out. Just to have the young guy wipe the dash and the console and cup holders again after I pointed it out was not done. I paid to have the leather seats washed and conditioned I asked previously if I needed to move my 1 bag of groceries to the back and was told no they would deal with it. Mentioned the seats did not look cleaned and the general supervisor came and took WINDOW CLEANER bottle was clearly marked and the liquid was blue to the seat after I moved my bag of groceries. He explained he did not clean the seat because of the 1 bag of groceries he then asked what was he to do put them on the ground. The floor mat on the passenger side was not moved to vaccum the carpet. Window washer on leather seats can be damaging. I went home and finished the job my self with a leather car kit and armerol wipes for the dash and the cup holders. read more

Pretty crappy job. Paid for the platinum $29.99. They had it done quickly and I guess that is the problem. It wasn't like they were even busy. Didn't wash my windshield or the dash. Still have doggy nose prints and smears all over the inside of the windshield and debris in the cup holders. Very disappointed, last time they did a good job. I've been to both locations Eugene and Springfield. And they miss one important thing when servicing a customers car. On their menu it says "hand dry vehicle" I have never seen any employee hand dry a vehicle. The first time I went to the one in Springfield and they did an awesome job on the inside but there were water spots on all the windows and both mirrors from not being wiped down. When I went back a month or so later I asked them to please wipe down the mirrors and windows so they wouldn't have water spots. The employee replied with "of course, we can do that." But I watched them and they didn't. It's the simplest thing to do especially if you advertise "hand dry vehicle". I asked for a towel so I could wipe down my windows and mirrors on the exterior of the vehicle so it wouldn't have built up water spots. I went to the Eugene location and they did the same thing. Interior was done amazingly but they didn't dry the windows or mirrors leaving water spots all over the windows and mirrors. If you promote hand drying vehicles you should really have someone just drying the vehicles as they come out of the car wash. read more
