No fuss, no coffee, no tea (I'm simply not in there that long) but you do get a lively line in friendly banter for the first and last few minutes, with the desired focus on your follicles in between. This location is located under a bridge in the Southwark area. My hotel was nearby, so it was a perfect fit. I walked in and there are 3-4 barber chairs with some very hip looking barbers. They were playing some house/EDM music & the wallpaper was faux brick. Definitely my kind of barber shop. I was able to walk in and get my haircut done in about 30 minutes, with 3 people ahead of me. Each of the people ahead of me had unique haircuts, so it was great to see that they were very accomodating. I had my beard trimmed as well. I can't recall the price off the top of my head, but with cut & shave/trim, it was roughly around 20 pounds? A little pricey, but the attention to detail is definitely nice. Unlike some other 'barbers' they still know how to use a pair of scissors so they won't just clip your hair. A cut and a wash is a reasonable £15 or a dry cut is £12.50 and you get as much or as little conversation as you like thrown in for free. If you are an Arsenal fan it may stand you in good stead as it seems that's who the staff support.
