If you get home late you'll have no parking space so you'll have to scour the neighborhood. One month we were double charged rent by them and then they charged us an additional $80 returned check fee for their error of double charging us. They are very careful with their wording to cover themselves to come up with new fees ect. Born and raised on the jersey shore I was only too happy to go back to renting privately in town then give another dime to these apartment corporations exploiting the community housing crisis and ruining the aesthetic of the shore. I promise you, save the money and find a nice house to buy or a private landlord. Don't make the same mistake we did.
