It's the Semmes Law Firm at his office in Foley, but they also have an office in Fairhope. Marc and the ladies here are very friendly, patient and make you feel welcome. But most importantly Marc himself is very personal, is a good listener and knows his stuff. He spent a lot of time with us, discussing our needs and what we wanted to accomplish with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, etc. always looking to the future and planning for most of the potential variables that would reflect us and eventuay our beneficiaries. The time spent was very gracious, he answered every one of our questions, made some excellent recommendations, and the cost overall was very fair, indeed less than anticipated. She yelled at me and it doesn't make sense that your own attorney would yell at you! Don't waste your money here. Find someone else to help you who actually cares about their clients feelings and doesn't talk to you like you are a child. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. It is also hard to reach her by phone and it takes a really long time for her to call you back. Beware!
