Made a quick run to AZ to get our son moved in. Walked into this spot for lunch. It was busy but we were seated right away. Had a new server in training, but he did a good job and was friendly. We started with the tasty egg roll appetizer. Nice and crispy and full of flavor. We also had the BBQ Bacon cheeseburger and the Roast Turkey dip. Food was really good. Never had a roast turkey dip before but it was moist and a good combo. Good service and tasty food.

The White Chocolate Grill has been on my list forever and today my husband and I finally got a chance to dine in for lunch. Everything was delicious and the service was spot on! I was surprised how busy it was for lunch on a Wednesday but now I see why. All their dishes seemed consistently great and I bet you know what to expect coming in. I can tell they have top-notch training for all of their servers. While the ambience is pretty standard, the service and food were so good that I have to give it . I will definitely come back again!

What an amazing dining experience! Quick summary with details to follow: Exceptional service, perfectly crafted cocktails from a beautifully curated offering, large whiskey selection with flights, artful food presentation of delicious food. White chocolate is featured well in desserts- so delicious. Very reasonable pricing For quality upscale experience in jeans. Okay- details. The vodka Martina made with Japanese vodka with a gorgeous twist. (Olives optional- opted out for mine). Described as served in chilled glasses and - wait for it- halfway through the meal and the drink- our fabulous server Ellie comes to the table with a second chilled glass and pours my remaining drink into it. Just wow! Personal preference of my brother-in-law was the mule was tasty but could have used more ginger beer. Brother delayed our meal by deciding from the great whiskey options and landed on the Weller flight- was not disappointed! Knowing we would have dessert we opted for no appetizers although the options were varied and tempting. Meals - special was blackened sea bass with coconut sticky rice in a ginger broth. Eyes were closed often by those eating this dish. Blackened salmon (chicken an option) with pumpkin seed pesto and broccoli on a bed of quinoa rice mix. Oh. My. Happy. Mouth! The broccoli had a nice light butter/oil flavor as did the rice mix. The salmon was so flaky and was a generous portion. A brilliant combination for the taste buds. Citrus soy salmon was flaky, soft to the knife, also generous, with a very light but tasteful sauce. Crunchy cucumbers on top created a sensory delight. Side choice was steamed green beans with cashews. Delicious. Chopped chicken salad. Plate full of all the fixings- crisp bacon, eggs, tomatoes. My brother in law asked for 3 sizes of ranch and Ellie delivered with a smile and full plate of ranch. Dessert- how to decide?!?' Not much room but we had to try desserts with the restaurants name. We chose key lime pie and the white chocolate cheesecake. Both were phenomenal! The key lime pie was so light and extra graham cracker crumbs were perfect for scraping the plate with every last bite. White chocolate cheesecake was a taste explosion of all things chocolate and creamy- perhaps less cheesecake tasting with the extras but oh so yummy. We had a reservation for 8:30 but when we arrived at 8:10 were seated right away. Every single staff we interacted with showed plate at serving us and talking with us. Ribeye- I could taste the juiciness and flavor even though I wasn't eating it! One sensational dining experience. A must if in Scottsdale!

UPDATE 4/4/26 Had lunch in the bar area, I made a reservation and we were seated immediately. Our server was Kera, she was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive while not being disruptive. Food came out in a timely fashion & everything was perfect. 2 of us had the Ahi Salad & 1 had the pulled pork sandwich, all were fresh and tasty! For dessert we had the Banana Cream Pie and the Bread Pudding both were delightful and we ate EVERY LAST BITE!

Update, ordered the chicken strips and fries, with the side of their slaw. The slaw is amazing. As was the rest of the food. Their service is always fantastic.

Friends came in from Miami and were staying across the street. What a lovely restaurant. It really is decorated well and lighting was perfect. I ordered their Famous Chicken Salad (that's the name)and it was perfect. I did take out the raisins and I'm glad I did. It would have been way too sweet. I usually do not like cold chicken but it was sliced so thinly that it worked. My husband had Filet Mignon Salad and said he wished he would have ordered the salmon instead. I ordered the fries as I was curious about "fresh cut" they were very good. We ordered the caramel cheesecake and bread pudding. I only took a bite of the cheesecake - it was good - my friends and husband ate every bite of both I would bring my family when in town from LA. Service was very good and professional

Man the burger was insanely good! Absolutely loved it. The ahi salad was also delish but the Cobb with the steak is still my fav. Absolutely loved the blue cheese smash that came on top of my burger

Service was amazing! Food was alright...I'm glad I wasn't paying (I'll say that much). Ambiance was nice outside and a little loud inside.

Special summer corn salad. It was delicious!

Popped in for a quick work lunch and it was great. It's a really nice ambiance inside and everyone from the hostess to server was so friendly! I wanted something light and didn't want leftovers so I grabbed a shrimp cocktail appetizer and one of their special salads which had corn, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, cheese and topped with a vinaigrette. It was soooo fresh and good! The shrimp was huge and tasty! It was honestly a great lunch and they had us in and out pretty quickly. I definitely want to bring the family back for dinner and I'm sure I'll pop in again for lunch!

We stopped in for lunch and as always, it was packed with diners. We were able to snag a table in the bar area which was perfect for us. I would recommend making a reservation. Our server Tru was excellent. He was very friendly, attentive and always approached us with a smile. We both ordered the Cobb steak salads. The steak comes medium rare which my husband prefers and it was perfectly cooked medium rare. I ordered mine as medium which also came out correct. The steak Cobb salad is delicious. You will not be disappointed if you give it a try.

This place smashed my expectations out of the park...The salmon was incredibly flavorful and the sauce was rich. The servers were all so helpful and professional. The ambiance is so upscale but not in an intimidating way. I'd definitely recommend dressing up to go here, but the food is well worth it. Also, best cheesecake I've ever eaten...I'm DEFINITELY coming back with my wife next time I'm in town.

We have been to White chocolate Grill on several occasions. We enjoy their service service, the food and the ambience. We wanted to bring our out-of-state friends to experience the restaurant. We made same-day reservations in anticipation of dining with white chocolate Grill that evening. There were six of us. Unfortunately, our friends had an unforeseen event which precluded us from being able to make the reservation. We attempted to contact White chocolate Grill via phone and cancel the reservations. It was over six hours before the time of the reservation. The phone was not answered. So we got in the car and drove to White chocolate Grill and informed them that we would not be able to make the reservation. The hostess informed us that we would be charged eight dollars per person for canceling the reservations. There were no other solutions offered. We were charged $48 for the cancelled reservation, despite it being over 6 hours before the reservation. There was plenty of time to mitigate any potential damage by having someone else take the spot. It was a very disheartening experience, and we will consider it when making dining reservations for our next out of state visit by friends.

Everything was simply amazing. Originally went here for 12 yr anniversary with the wife. Immediately upon walking in blown away by the service. Staff was amazingly helpful. They also worked together so well. Always making sure we had refills and checking in on us to taking away the empty dishes. The food, amazing. I was NOT expecting the food to be so exceptional. We came back twice within one week. We live close so this will definitely become a frequent spot for us! Shout out to our waitress Briana!

The bartenders are amazing however we are sad our normal peeps have left. Tonight Sean KILLED it with us and so glad he was still there since first meeting him on Halloween. Honestly the reason for 4 stars is the fact the drunken wifey is gone and the 3% credit card fee. We have been coming here for a little over 5 years and never had to pay that. Wild change and slightly bs. You already charge a lot for food and drinks (increases over the years are noticeable with management changes) but when you always have a rather large bill usually $700-sometimes over $1000 depending on the kind of evening we're having it is going to be very noticeable. A change like that needs to be more obvious, minus a little print at the bottom of the menu. No one even noticed (since we really didn't need the menu to order) nor did our server. It truly makes me want to give you a three star but I can't discredit the hard working staff and people in the kitchen, as it is clearly the change of new management and the "rebuild" from the beginning of the year. It speaks volumes to a group that has been dedicated to the Americano since March of 2020 and now makes us wonder if it's time to move onto a different restaurant.

I am not usually a cocktail person since many tend to be too sweet, but the bartender made an effort to tone down the sweetness, which I appreciated. For food, we ordered the soft pretzels with provolone dip, which is apparently a must-have, along with the spicy shrimp crispy rice and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The pretzels and cheese did not disappoint. The pizza was solid for a Detroit-style pie, with dough that was airy and light rather than dense. The spicy shrimp crispy rice was good (My pic shows two pieces, but the dish comes with four. I forgot to take a picture before we started eating). The rice itself was done very well, though I would have preferred a bit more spice and no mint garnish. And the monkey bread and ice cream rounded the meal off just right. Then it was, "oh it is the menu sanitizer", REALLY? No apologies. Off to go wash hands...cool, modern bathroom! Some of the food highlights from our 2 dinners: The pigs in a blanket came with a tasty honey mustard dip. The prosciutto deviled eggs were delicious, but salty and I didn't think all the saltiness came from the finely diced prosciutto. The chopped chicken salad was a hearty portion and had a nice mix of contents. The chicken katsu sandwich was a really good concept/idea with a great execution. The prime rib dip was very tender, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was not any saltier than what is offered elsewhere. The spicy rigatoni had a little kick, wonderfully elevated comfort food. A perfect stick to your ribs Italian dish!. The monkey bread was raved about and devoured.
