Burning log fire, incredible meals with fantastic value. The staff are polite and helpful. It serves a wide range of alcoholic beverages and great coffees. The lattes are delicious. My personal favourite is the Sunday carvery available between 12-2pm. A wide choice of meats and veg is available with incredible portions. A must visit.

There is no light, no hand washing facilities,and if you need "additional" facilities you have to ask for the key at the bar. When I complained I was told that I was the first person in 18 months to do so and if I wasn't happy there were plenty of other pubs in Launceston. On the bar were nibbles...I dread to think what these were contaminated with. I am now about to report this pub to Environmental Health or Health and Safety whichever is the correct Dept.
