This was a deep filled, rich in lamb and gravy with celery and carrot pieces. The pie crust was medium layered, and soft melt in your mouth delicioness. I enjoyed every morsel and exclaimed that this is the "PIE OF MY LIFE!" This pie will be the blueprint to any pie I taste in the future. All of this washed down with a couple of glasses of rose prosecco and a well priced glass of Chenin Blanc.
