We had an issue with our washer. Whirlpool sent out a company from Tulsa. The no call/no showed and…read moreonly communicate by text. I called around and spoke with Eva who is apparently the owner's wife. She was very helpful and told me what to do to get Whirlpool to send her husband out. When Chuck got here he started my washer and had the problem figured out in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately the problem was the computer board and Chuck did not have one with him. We did have to wait a week to get the part in and for him to come back but we live 45 minutes away and he only comes this way one day a week which is understandable. Overall I am very happy with how helpful they both were and that my washer is now working perfectly.
