i will never be coming back again, we arrived at 11 am during the hottest day of the summer, we booked this hotel because of the outdoor heated pool and the pool was closed for cleaning, that's okay it happens though planning would have been nice again if that was planned a little nicer so we asked the lady at the front desk if there were anymore swimming places in the area, and honestly she was no help, she told us to drive to a store and they'd know where to go, in my experience employees of a hotel know places to recommend and where to go ESPECIALLY when they couldn't accommodate swimming, we got to this amazing swimming hole eventually with no help from the lady and locals being kind enough to help out. when we got back we were hungry so we decided to go to the so called "5-star restaurant" with a star chef, LIES, it was all bar food which is totally fine, but done wrong, all the deep fried food, which was most of the menu, had the same soggy batter that was dripping grease, with only one vegetarian option, which happens, not a 5-star restaurant but anyways the vegetarian option was either a salad that sounded like the most unappetizing salad ever so i opted for the vegetarian stir fry, which i should've known wasn't a good idea before i got it, and it was AWFUL, it tasted like microwave dinner, my boyfriends burger was clearly reheated with some spots that were hard as a rock, the fries were good though, but for the price tag not really. all and all this hotel is not worth the price tag. the rooms were modern and well done though, this place had potential but sadly missed the mark on many things. read more
