Drinks have always been well-made and service was always quick and friendly. Nothing to complain about there. I do wish that they had a bigger bathroom or more bathrooms. The one right by the main building is tiny (the men's bathroom has 1 stall and 2 urinals). They do have portable bathrooms there too but who wants to use those... I recommend checking this place out either on Wednesdays when it is open to the public or book it on any other day for a private event.

The door man wouldn't not even help a 72 yr old lady get her wheelchair bound husband up the step. Which I might add is a violation of ADA compliance federal laws. There was no ramp!! The doorman then asked to search my 3 x 5 inch wristlet ( purse) WHAT is the world could I smuggle in that? Then one of the grooms man had ordered a "set up" but couldn't carry it, I was 4 people back in line and told him I'd grab it. Got to the bar and the lady wouldn't let me take the set up. B/c I was not the one that paid for it. REALLY? It is a bucket of ICE!!! She acted as if I was taking a bucket of gold coins IT's ICE!!! I was not impressed with their customer service at all! I spoke to front desk and informed them of problem, spoke to front desk again in the morning, called front desk 6 hours later asking for manager to call me. Called 1-800-Hilton and they were unable to get in touch with hotel. I tried to handle this with hotel staff, management and 1-800 number. Zero customer service and no attempt to make things right. This is not a safe hotel in regards to cleanliness or security. Stay away from Hilton and especially this hotel. I have stayed in Motel 6 that are 5 times cleaner, nicer and much better customer service.

Then she asked if I could come in the following day which was Tuesday. Ofcourse I said yes, knowing it wasn't going to be easy since I live 40 miles from the hotel. But I wasn't going to say no, I figured since I told her Wednesday or Thursday, that she would automatically know, Tuesday wasn't going to be easily obtained for me to come in for a trial run. I worked most of Monday night getting money for gas to be at the hilton the following morning at 10, I didn't factor in all the red lights I would catch or that it's on the farthest east side of Odessa. I arrived at 1015. I didn't see her, after waiting for a little bit, I asked from dest to let Stephanie know I was there. At about 1030 she came out to me, in front of a guest she told me how I was 30 min. late and they would be in need of my services. It was a trial, I have so much to offer and wasn't even given a chance. I wasn't 30 min late, and I'm not perfect, I guess she is perfect and only perfect people are hired. Also the day before I had finished filling out some paperwork and Stephanie told me to wait for her, 30 minutes later a different woman came out to me , she was laughing under her breathe while glancing back towards an office and told me to be there the next day. I honestly feel that Stephanie isn't professional at all, and she didn't like me and found it funny to have me come in the next day knowing ,It was possible I would have some difficulty being there at 10. If hired I was going to relocate to Odessa . I hope no one else has to deal with the embarrassment and the intentional inconvenience, that Stephanie gave and did to me . Thank you, Charla Calvin
