Mark the installer addressed all of our problems in a timely fashion and everything works great now! When I called for service, Helen told me that it would probably take several weeks to get the parts and I was amazed how quickly they came. The original installer many years ago, Luke did a fantastic job installing them and replacing all the trim for us. We highly recommend Bristol Windows.

However, it took 5 months from estimate to them being completed, mostly due to misordering on the office end (I was told that person no longer works there). 6 items were ordered wrong on the office side and the estimator didn't correctly write down a door we specifically wanted. However, Ryder has great customer service skills and kept us very in the loop through the install process which made everything much more smooth. Although lots of patience was required (and the installers aren't really morning people), the end result is wonderful and we would use them for future work.

ABC Seamless is the other company that provides this service and they were literally double in their estimate of windows and steel siding. Their sales team took the time to show me the materials included in the projects, including a demo of the windows integrity to the outside elements. We took time to walk around the house together and really refine how I wanted to update the house. They provided a lot of options with the update which made me feel good about updating a hundred-year-old home while maintaining its beauty and improving its life for at least the next 50 years. He said it was my fault for not paying attention when he was choosing what frame to use. He also claims he said the window might not fit. Who wants to buy a storm window that doesn't fit. Unwilling to work with me to make something that would work. I took the old frame into another local aluminum window repair and he fixed the old window frame and made it just like new. I would use caution doing business with Havelock Aluminum !
